dreadful hotel with no service

very small rooms- dirty on arrival and had to seek management for rooms to be cleaned again. poor staff attitude and no customer service. food disgusting. would never stay here again and definately never recommend to anyone

A very nice hotel close to everything.

the hotel was excellent and breakfast was very good and it was available till 11.00am which makes a difference for people who are not in a hurry in the mornings, most hotel are 10.00am finish for breakfast.
the location was perfect also, only a 2 minute walk from the beach and the same to get to the centre mall, the best mall in pattaya.

This hotel has all the basic amenities and very close to beach. I liked the break fast which has more options to choose.
If you don't really look for a breakfast then there are lot of better options lower the price and with better amenities in the beach road.
Front office staff are fast in check out but not in check in - "I have only 2 hands sir can you please wait" - of course I can understand that she may have a work pressure or dealing with many people but a polite way of putting things would be better for jetlag toursits.
All I could say good hotel but a bit expensive.

Definitely not worth staying at

Booked one night at the Sunshine Hotel as we had to pick some things up in Central World. Found the hotel disappointing at best. Front desk service was terrible and the ladies there were really rude, not only to us but to everyone we saw the two ladies interact with. The parking for the hotel is only accessible by stairs (so hopefully you don't have too many bags). Lastly, the rooms were not that great. The bed isn't actually attached to the wall and if you get in quickly (or move in bed too much) it's going to slide all over the room. The shower was installed poorly so when you're in the shower stall the water will not stay in and you'll find water all over the place outside (so keep your bags away from the bathroom entrance!). Finally, the ceilings are really low, at 6'0 while I cleared the doors etc. it was close. If you're 6'2 you're going to be smacking your head all over the room.

This is my 5 stay at Sunshine Residence and Hotel. Most things in the hotel works. I like the breakfast times. Great that you can eat until 11 00 am. And that tere are different rooms in witch you can eat your breakfast. I.e. outside or inside.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The beach is only a small walk away from the hotel.

3 pools but not much room around them, not enough sun beds
quite noisy at night but overcome by using ear plugs!
good location, very close to beach, shopping and entertainment
overall we enjoyed our stay
