New Wing not yet fully completed

New wing is not yet fully completed and they have started check inn guest, which i think dese not make sense. i have spent 1 night in new wing but there was very loud music from the soi 8 bars. I suggest to stay in resident wing, which has much better view and no noise from bar

actually it was my 2nd tour to pattaya, and also the 2nd time stay in this hotel. so it was my choosen hotel which provides bed tea, good breakfast, clean rooms and specially a clean toilet, very easy excess to beach within 2 minutes, very good night life at soi 8 and soi 7 nearby with songs and dances, at the same time with no noise pollution inside the room which is very much needed to sleep properly. hotel staffs are very good and helpful
Nightlife Tip:
walking street is also not so far
have evening walk by the beach and u will reach there within 10-15 minute or u may pick a tuk-tuk for 10 baht and reach there

I have no complaints about this hotel

it was my second stay at this hotel and everything about it was excellent ,, right in the centre of soi 8 and close to everything ,, the only thing i found bad was there is a indian taylor selling suits situated in the beer garden area of the hotel who is a snake, a complete rip off, who charges 3 times more than any other talor in pattaya, so just be warey of him apart from him hotel and staff and great ..

If you are not German or Caucasian, stay away from this hotel. They treat you like rubbish and push you to the most undesired table / location to eat your breakfast!

lovely hotel with great location

Great hotel with a splendid location. Near to nightlife as its just steps away from the hotel. Not really a suitable hotel for families but for solo traveller who love the nightlife, this hotel location is superb. Had stayed they four to five times and will stay here again on my next trip. Stayed in the new wing room, room is very clean but renovations along the vicinity is not fully complete so expect to hear some noise in the afternoon. However prefer the old room due to its large size though.

Was an ok Hotel but for the price better hotels around,buffet breakfast was ok but when I was there had facilities to cook eggs fresh but no one there to cook them.Had them already pre cooked in bai marie YUK.They dont seem to really care about their guests too much ,during the day a lot of noise from construction.I shifted hotels now staying in a place A$21 a nite much better room a bit further from the action but good location and get a buffet breakfast at Diana Dragon for A$4 where they cook eggs on the spot .My advice to Sunshine is lift your game
Travel tip:
Not really suitable for families as soi 8 full of bars

Good service and spacious room but the only problem was the construction. The hotel is undergoing some renovations and the sound is exceptionally loud in the afternoons.

great location, shame about the noise

great hotel, good location and new rooms are nice, but throughout my stay it was more renovation work. at one point bits of brick and tile were raining down on the new pool and everyone in it. once it get finished then it should be a pleasure, until then take your hard hat and sun cream
