My stay was quite comfortable......Hotel was better than expected.....Will stay in this hotel whenever I go back to Pattaya.
Breakfast was always cold and not very satisfactory.
Staff was not very polite.

Still the best location
The choice of new tower rooms

I looked through the new tower rooms and thought they were small and not very well finished considering the time it took to complete the extensions. The rooms in the residence wing are much bigger and would benefit from a make-over, but even after 4 years this is still my prefered hotel.

The hotels location and ease of getting around Pattaya are great pluses. Bangkok has become to expensive and a drag. The beach and night life are as close as it gits. The service was great and the maid was very sweet. A balcony is a must for a beach resort, we used ours often. Everything you could need is within easy walking distance. Good breakfast and food close by. Will be back next year.
Travel tip:
Skip Bangkok and head for the beach

Great location, and great breakfast - what a find. Very affordable. Free WIFI... Staff was very friendly.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Not too far from Walking Street and 2nd Street - and a 7-11 across the street. Breakfast from 7 AM to 11 AM

Hotel reception, Rooms and service are below average. Don't even feel like a Hotel, May be a Lodge/ or monthly rent rooms standard. Not really recommended for those who look for a real pleasure .

The Location is just great. 5 mins walk to the beach road

Sunshine Hotel is a budget hotel for someone whose priority is location. The reception has a sluggish look and staffs are not so friendly.
