the noise from the nearby bars were so loud that it was hard to sleep. The music went on passed two am.
Shopping Tip:
very close to the central festival mall, which is the largest mall in pattaya.

Great hotel and great location. This hotel is located in a good spot in a party area of Pattaya. Everything is located right outside of the hotel. They have bars, stores, and food right in the SOI. The hotel is a five minute walk from the beach and a five minute walk to Central Pattaya mall. The staff is good. However, the buffet food could be a little more warmer. Other than that, the hotel is good and a reasonable price...

this is a big hotel with many rooms. still the service is acceptable. the hotel is just putting up a new wing that will be intresstion if it dont get too expensive.
the open wing of bthe hotel is getting a bit worn and needs and update too.
but still on an accepable level.
the location is right in the middle of the nightlife. and room location is important if you want to sleep before 03.00.

This hotel was good value for money - however there are no non-smoking rooms - so getting a non-smokey smelling room is dependant on whether the guest before you was a smoker or not. The rooftop pool was excellent and there is also a decent sized pool on the ground floor with lounge chairs and a bar. However the area is not particularly family friendly.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The beach is lovely

good hotel, great area to have fun. everything is in the area of the hotel. i recommend this hotel to all single people. standard rooms are okay for the price. they are finally finish the contruction on the new side of the hotel, so it's more quiet in the morning time when your trying to get some extra sleep.

we were fortunate enough to stay in the new wing, i have stayed in the old side, the difference is night and day. very nice brand new rooms, very roomy, beautiful bathrooms. staff were helpful and friendly. breakfast buffet was adequate. no view to speak of. the area is bustling at night and nestled between beach and second road. a quick baht bus ride will have you at walking street. the area is full of restaurants, bars, shopping of all kind. of course you are also only a 2 minute walk from the beach.
Hotel Feature Tip:
If you can help it try and get in the new wing.
