This hotel is undergoing renovation so it is very noisy and the pool is closed. The rooms are average for the area and ok for the price. The block that it is on is lined with many bars so there is plenty of action going on all the time. I always like to relax by the pool when on vacation so I checked out after only one night to find another hotel

When I ordered hotel I make mistake I wont go to Sunshine garden, but my requiest was Sunshine hotel et residence.
But and on end of my stage I was happy to make this mistake.
I was wery safisfied. Everithing was OK. Close to night live, better beach, good food.

Nice hotel middle of nightlife.
nightlife, everything is close to hotel.

to me it was important to be close to nightlife but also comfortable. also there are many tours you can join, and they will pick you up at the hotel anyway. so it's close to everything. but at the last day i noticed some strange walking bugs in my room and bathroom. that was one thing i didn't like... they should keep each room clean. also the reception is very slow. sometimes you need to wait 2-3 minutes or longer.
all but all , i am satisfied and will join this hotel later again for a nice price, but for this price (3star) i expect a more cleaner room

the hotel was as good as any hotel i stayed at in thailand for the price and the people were nice and friendly location was ok all in all happy with the hotel

Great location
superb location, right in the middle of all the clubs and bars. Good food around the area.

Well managed friendly and clean hotel
Great location, rooms good size and clean, breakfast buffet excellent, friendly staff

Good location as it is only a short walk to the beach and surrounded by good restaurants and bars.
Good size rooms and service from all hotel staff and room maids was very friendly and helpful.
Handy having internet shop and restaurant downstairs
View from top floor looking out over Bay was fantastic.
Will book again
Nightlife Tip:
Rolling Stone bar and Bamboo bar in Walking Street, both good live band venues.

great location, avarage sized rooms,
location, 2 mins from beach, breakfast was ok and staff freindly

very friendly staff, clean rooms and ideal location, my room did smell abit like mouldy damp but was still clean, this hotel had some constuction work next door, very noisey from 7.55am till gone 5pm, was not stated on booking,manager did agree to change my room for free to other side of hotel, was still noisey but much better, was over all happy
Nightlife Tip:
very close to the night life and not far from shopping areas,

worn down hotel with construction work ongoing

Stayed here for 3 nights. Have stayed here before, but wasn't too impressed then either but price was low, so me and my friend checked in. Had to change the first room presented to me as it had a really stinky smoke smell. Couldn't sleep there. Got a better room, but aircon was so freezing cold even I tried to adjust it so I got a cold... Will not stay here again - at least before they get the new building up and running.

I got a great rate on Agoda for a hotel of this quality, ina great location close to the BTS skytrain and nightlife. The staff were very efficient & helpfull. The pool area and gym were just what I needed.

Friendly service in top lacation
Centrally located, good size rooms, stroll to beach

Stayed on third floor so had some noise early morning but this is to be expected if you are within walking distance of good bars and reastaurants.
Service from house maids and reception excellent and very accomodating.
Buffet breakfast had wide choice and very good food.
Pool was under renovation but best place to be was on the many beaches anyhow.
Will recommend to everyone.
