This is a very good place to stay for the budget travller seeking to be in the middle of the action. It is close to shopping, entartainment, and the beach. It is actually about 5 minutes away walking only. While there a lot of activities can be had from watersports to islands hopping, etc. The food is ok for the star level and the staff is helpful.

This hotel is in a great area. Close to everything that you would want to do. Good partying and nightlife. The hotel is under contruction, so the noise was a little annoying at time but the start and stop at a good hour so it wasn't that bad. I would stay at this hotel again. The breakfast was okay. It could be warmer though.

Friendly staff
The friendly staff is the highlight of this place.

The location is good, and the price is OK for what you get. (For example, Wi-Fi should be free in all rooms for this price, as is the case in many other Pattaya Hotels). It is in the centre of the action, so request a room up high if you like it a bit quieter.
What makes this place great though is the friendly staff. The girls at reception and the staff who do the breakfasts in the morning were all great personalities and very friendly. I would stay here again for that reason, especially if they included Wi Fi

As always I had a good stay at this hotel. I will always come back to this place. It is in a good area. the night life is great. It's somewhere to go all around the area. If you don't want to stay around that area, you can go over to the next road and go to the mall and do some shopping.

Same friendly, competent staff as last visits. Parking chief a real character.
Room was spoilt by over powering smell of cigarette smoke but was cleaned effectively upon complaint.
Location is good for nightlife, shopping, beach, food.
Nightlife Tip:
You can try having a beer at every bar but will most likely be carried home.

Overall a wonderful stay. Highlights were the location being close to the beach and nightlife, the balcony view, large clean room and wonderful breakfast.
