In the midst of the chaos
6.7
The nice thing about this hotel is that you can walk only a few steps and be in a bar, book a taxi to the airport, have your laundry done, or visit a convenience store. The close proximity to the nightlife may also be a drawback if you need things to be a bit quiet before going to sleep. During this stay, the music from the bars, which was so loud as to force me to raise my voice to carry on a conversation inside the room, kept up until nearly 03:00 AM. Of course if you don't go to bed before then, the noise is not an issue.

Very good hotel for Pattaya nightlife.
9.7
This was the first time for me to stay at this hotel, previously I have stayed at other good hotels in Pattaya.
I was very impressed with this hotel and would definitely stay here again. The hotel is situated right in middle of part of Pattaya's wild nightlife. Fully recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Pattaya.

I didn't feel too safe in the hotel. Always people coming and going. I think they charge guest fee even thought I haven't brought anyone so not 100% sure.
Always noisy, from bar music in the evening and construction in the morning.
Very close to the beach road and Central Festival.
Shopping Tip:
Eat at the food court at Central Festival! The food is great and cheap!

this hotel has many advantages such as location (in the middle of the night clubs and bars, only few steps away from the beach and the brand new mall Central Pattaya, in addition to that the hotel itself is so clean as a 3 star hotel, and the staff are so helful. one issue seems to make me think twice before i decide to book this hotel in the comming few months which is the noise coming from construction next to the hotel. ir wakes me up @ 9-10 morning which too early for me!

This is a good hotel as long as you make sure you get the residence wing and not the old wing although it seems the hotel is carrying out extensive construction work now so hopefully the old wing will be a thing of the past. Hotel is near all the bars and restaurants and a short baht bus ride from walking street if you wish to go there. Beach is just 100m away at the end of the road. The surrounding area can be noisy till early in the morning.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Take a trip on a boat to one of the islands for the day. Great food and great beaches.

sunshine is one of the hotels that i really like in pattaya. for the last 2 years i stayed in it for 6 times. location, staff, and the price is really attactive for this clean hotel. one thing that annoyed me this time is the noise comming from the construction next to the hotel (it seems a new hotel is under cinstruction). you have to expect an early week up due to that noise. i suggest to try another hotel during the next few month to avoid that.

Superb location in Soi 8 (the centre of Beach Road) for surrounding nightlife. All was as expected for what was paid in terms of factilitles and room standard (large (25-30 Sqm) & clean) except for the service and friendliness of staff (thank you Khun Wanida) which was excellent.
Restaurant Tip:
Ensure a lunch or dinner at BEER GARDEN (located on the pier near Walking Street) is on your itinery. Cheap food and drink, good service, and great view.

Hotel is right in the middle of the action,150 metres from the beach.Plenty of places to eat and drink right outside the hotel.Staff are really helpful and friendly, breakfast has lots of choices and varies each day.Rooms are comfortable and clean and are cleaned every day to a high standard.Only downside,a new hotel is being built next door so it can get quite noisy during the day.
