Ideal....for the budget & convenience
Central location....to the beach road ,,,shopping and clubs all the way to Walking Street...Enjoy the Central Festival Mall

thankyou to the Hotel management and staff making my stay there very comfortable and enjoyable....Another 3 star...very practical for the budget...The location and especially the modern Central Festival Mall...often made you forget where you were actually at....via Pattaya...when you leave the mall...

Exciting Pattaya Location

Good value for money is on offer staying in this hotel. Great location with bars and restaurants on your doorstep, very short walk to Beach Rd, and not too far from Walking St. We stayed in the "Residences" area and not the "Hotel" area. I suggest staying in the "Residences" area only. It costs only $3 more, and you are on the side of the hotel away from all the construction which is currently going on. I understand that the rooms are also much nicer inside.
Hotel Feature Tip:
There is a travel agent right next door through the courtyard, alongside an internet cafe.

It was a very pleasurable stay. Great location for going shopping, to the beach, and close to the best night life locations. Thwe room was extremely nice and it met all my needs. Especially the ocean view.
Nightlife Tip:
Always have enough money for your entertainment needs

the room was good and clean and cleaning staff obliging,
the level of staff courtesy shown at this hotel is excellent and many higher rated hotels could learn some lessons from them,
congratulations on great staff

Would recommend the hotel to a friend and would stay there again.Staff was very friendly and the breakfast was good and included in the price was a big plus.After the construction is finished the place should be open totally and be even better but the construction did not bother me the area was pretty much covered or surrounded.I probably will stay there the next time i vacation to Pattaya.

my stay at the Sunshine Hotel was very enjoyable the staff very helpful location central to all the nightlife shopping and the proximity of the beach should entice any potential new patrons the view from the top floors ia nothing short of spectacular overlooking the sea and islands i would highly recommend it to singles couples or family

the stay was great was happy for value, rooms keeped clean , felt safe of leaving stuff in room. Location to the bars was good not to much walking to check them out, I was diving so pattaya dive was only a 10min walk from hotel.cafe at hotel has good food, Great hotel for single peolpe if wanted to be close to the action. Yes I would stay there again
