Sunshine Stay
Great location, staff really polite and helpful, room great value for money.

Hotel staff were very polite and extreamly helpful. I arrived a hour early and as my room was ready they let me check in with no fuss. The room was clean and had everything i expected. My room in the residence wing was not affected by much noise even though there are a number of bars nearby. A great hotel for groups as quite near the action of pattaya but not to close. I would definately stay here again.

The staff if outstanding. They were there to help with everything that I asked for. They changed my room because the WiFi was not working well in that part of the building. They remembered my name and my room number when I went to the desk for my key. The Maid service was clean and friendly. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. I loved the hotel, the city, the people and I highly recommend the place.

Sunshine Hotel in Pattaya was a fantastic hotel. The staff were there to help with a friendly smile and a sincere attitude. I love the hotel and the people at the front desk, restaurant, breakfast buffet and shop keepers in the hotel complex. I would stay at this hotel again and again.

overall a good experience, 2nd time I have stayed at this hotel,
the rooms are getting a bit old but are kept clean and well maintained, the location is right in the heart of the action so it could be a little noisy if you were staying on a lower floor.
no problems bringing guests back to your room, reception just require an id card. buffet breakfast was good with both western and asian meals to choose from.

The Hotel and Residence are located in an excellent area for easy access to all of Pattayas facilities, beach, Central shopping Plaza and of course the scincilating nightlife which abounds this hotel. The rooms in the Residence were spacious and clean with tea and coffee making facilities. The TV had access to all major cable sports channels and room service is up to 3am. The staff are polite, efficient and not obtrusive in any way. Overall I would highly reccomend this hotel.
Shopping Tip:
The newly opened Central shopping Plaza is a shoppers paradise coupled with the fact that on the ground floor is a magnificant food hall selling every variety of food from around the world.

arrived at hotel with low expectancy because receivrd a very good deal with agoda. surprised to find nice clean hotel with large rooms, friendly staff. location is excellent, right in middle of night life action. also very good security in hotel, they always call to make sure all is ok with guests i may have. hard to find something bad but there was one time the chambermaid knocked on door in morning and when not answered knocked again and again till woke me up

This was a great hotel for the price. Easy walking distance to the surrounding nightlife and many very cheap but tasty places to eat in the area. Just a short walk to the beach and there is an internet cafe next to the main lobby. The pools were small but clean. Friendly staff

Great Hotel for the Single Male Traveler

This is an excellent hotel for the single male traveler. The rooms are nice and clean. The breakfast buffet has a wide assortment of delicious food. The TV offers many channels, including many in English. And for my fellow Americans, they even have the Fox News Channel.
Furthermore, the hotel's location has much to offer. It's surrounded by many beer bars, go-go bars, and restaurants. There is a 24-hour internet cafe right outside the hotel's lobby. Also, there is a large new shopping mall within easy walking distance that has a movie theater and a bowling alley.
Nightlife Tip:
Although the nightlife around the hotel is very good, you can take a tuk tuk to Walking Street for only 10 baht per person for additional nightlife options.

A Great Place to Stay

This hotel represented great value for money. The rooms, although basic, were kept clean and tidy and everything worked. The staff were very helpful (despite seeing them having to put up with some very rude customers). For the single traveller like me it was girl-friendly and my guest was treated kindly and with respect. The night-life around the hotel was great, but was never an inconvenience with noise, etc. Walking Street and Soi 6 were within easy walking distance or even easier by baht bus. In short it was a great place to stay. I shall certainly want to stay here again and I reccommend it to others.
Restaurant Tip:
The Pattaya Beer Garden, at the junction of Beach Road and Walking Street was a great place to eat and/or relax with a cup of coffee.
