Only a short walk to beach and shopping. nothing really..internet a little costly went elsewhere very clean great staff from front desk to room cleaning. they were very attentive and knew who you were from the time you checked in. For the price paid i thought this was a good hotel. especially location to all of my needs...i would recommend to anyone. The breakfast buffet was especially good with a very large selection. and great taste.

I like this hotel and will surely stay again. The location is great, near the shopping mall, the beach. The room is big too. The breakfast is great too and food changes daily. But something that has got to be improved is their language. I can see many foreigners in the hotel, I think they should have at least one or two staff who can speak good English at the counter.

Location, friendliness of staff, value for money. Loud music (ie. coming from nearby bars). I stayed here in August 08, initially for 2 weeks, then went to Koh Samui for a week. When I returned to Pattaya, I again stayed at Sunshine Vista, this time for approx. 4 weeks. Reason: I was happy staying here - rooftop pool, fitness centre (although could be better), everything within walking distance and breakfast included - brilliant. The staff are very pleasant as well.

Easy location to everywhere. Big C supermarket nearby. Room is clean + friendly people. No-roof swimming pool on 10th floor is great! lobby and elevator is kind of old, but for this kind of price, what you expect :) It's not a 5-Star hotel, but sure worth the money.
5 minutes walking distance to the beach, and "song teaw" (pickup taxi) is easy to catch on the main road. If you are looking for comfortable, neat and clean, plus swimming pool, free breakfast, and a decent price, I would recommend this place.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : If you face hotel, to your right, you will find a nice Thai restaurant. Each dish is like 50~75 something baht, taste good. Sure will visit again :)

spacious room, restaurant, lobby This hotel is a bit far from the city center, but there are some good restaurants around the hotel. The hotel has clean, comfortable room and spacious restaurant. We could eat variety of food for breakfast. If you stay at the window room, the noisy gathering from the bar might disturb your sleep..
Restaurant Tip : You can find some good restaurant near the hotel.
There are Thai restaurant, Italian restaurant, Japanese restaurant, etc..

Good breakfast, clean room and not too far from the beach. Good swimming pool. No view from our window on the 4th floor. We enjoyed staying in the Sunshine Vista Hotel. Our room was clean and comfortable. Buffet breakfast was good with a variety of choices that we enjoyed too. members of the staff at the restaurant were helpful and polite.
I would stay there again. The location of the hotel is not bad. Walking distance to the beach. There is a shopping center very close to the hotel and the number of places to eat.
