reception area with free WIFI, pool area, position in central pattaya, size of rooms and friendly staff.

stayed for 2 nights to meet friends in pattaya, this hotel has friendly staff and good value for money, left my mobile by mistake in the reception area, and this was`collected and returned to me by a staff member.

Lovely Hotel but service could have been better

Our Stay was kind of Ok as we did not enjoy the Hotel Property much. Our intention was anyways to spend most of the time outside. It was nice for the bell boy to ask if we needed a cot for the baby. Surprisingly, he never came back to provide it even when we had wanted one. The room was good but we did find a small bug on the bed.The Hotel was charging even for heating baby food.
Nevertheless, the property is excellently located. The back exit leads to the beach road and the shopping area is only a minute away. Walking Street is only 10 min from the hotel. Plenty of eating joints and massage parlors are available in the vicinity.

This is a descent property for the money although the rooms are a bit out dated the staff was helpful. Plenty od extra activities offered to guest such as cooking carving and mixology classes.

I have stayed here before and for me the location is perfect.It is only a 2 min taxi ride or 15 min walk to walking street and is perfectly placed for shopping or drinking and eating.It has 2 good pools and the staff are terrific.only ate once at the hotel for lunch and was very good.Although you are in the middle of everything you cannot hear any noise.T only minor thing is that the bathrooms are really dated and need to be changed

The hotel is very beautiful with a large and terrific pool. Location wise you are close to everything going on in Pattaya and it is very easy to get to this hotel. Right across the street is Pattaya Beach and it is definitely worthwhile. Checking in takes some time, but definitely worth it.

Returned to this hotel for the fourth time. Staff instantly recognised me and welcomed me back.The location of the hotel is ideal for everyone with a good buffett breakfast. Rooms are good sized and clean. There was some work going on at the hotel and was told about this but it did not affect the stay.
