an old hotel with old facilities, good service and good location for shopping and near town. seaview is nice but the hotel room is disappointed, especially the washroom. will not choose this hotel again.

in general very good place to stay, close to second streed as well as to beach road. the breakfast buffet was great. the rooms are nice and clean, but in the frige are i had to see many very little animals running arround, like aunts just smaller. i could not figure out what they were. i just ignored them.

hotel is quite old, need major renovation. however, the room rate from agoda is very reasonable. most of the staff are very excellent and extremely helpful. housekeeping service is a bit slow but ok. breakfast buffet is quite good with variety of food.
the best of this hotel is its location which is a few step away from the beach, walking street and major shopping plaza.

the balcony is very small, not more than one person at the same time.
rooms are old fashion (even so i requested a renovated one). knowing the background of the owners family i would have expected something more contemporary. as the swimming pool does not comply with western safety standards (children’s pool is not separated from adults), many european travel agents might avoid this property. as a result most guests are from india or middle eastern countries. during the day you almost don’t notice, that the hotel is good booked, but breakfast can be quite crowded during certain hours. staff did their best and remained friendly.
Travel tip:
The taxi offered to me by the reception to Bangkok for seemed to be too high commissioned. Normal rates at travel agents in the city for sharing van to Suvarnaburi airport are (meter taxi) to Bangkok City around

Impressive Hotel Entrance, pool and room view

Beautiful view from room even though property is set back from beach. Nice balcony. TV a little outdated but worked fine. Tub in bathroom was small with tight shower curtain. Otherwise bathroom adequate and clean. Fresh linens everyday. Cost have laundry done extremely expensive. Service to the room was speedy and efficient and bell boy was courteous.
Restaurant Tip:
Restaurants in North Pattaya are cheaper and better.
