i chose this hotel and found out its great. very close to beach and all the activities in pattaya. the only thing bad is the toilet was blocked once and its all the messy thing, thats too bad. besides that, everything is great, food, service, staff, wonderful lobby. i'll consider staying here again.

Nice view but room relatively small
Most of the room have balcony and nearby there is the Mall and the beach

There are 2 pools but not really suitable for swimming and also it is too deep which is not suitable for children either!

Well Maintained and Well Located Hotel
I liked the Hotel in almost all things

We'd been provided with Seaview Suite, instead of our booked one, as the same was already been allotted to someone else. However, we'd been benefitted out of this.
The hotel is very near to Walking Street or International Street and it has opening at sea-side also, which we'd used mainly.
Complimentary breakfast was also excellent.

Maintainence is very poor. Bath Tub is correted with some pointed iron piece coming out near Commode. One may get hurt. Cooling of A.C. was also very poor.
House keeping is equally poor.
We have earlier stayed on more that 2 occassions but since then house keeping, maintainenec, Break Fast all have deriorated.
Travel tip:
Pattaya has improved a lot. Tourists will all test can have something interesting.

Comfortable hotel at great location

I had a late check in and was not given the room I wanted. However, the staff was very friendly and my room was upgraded to a suite at no extra charge. I enjoyed my stay.

Good location, old crowd, super slow elevators
Location. Right on Pattaya Beach Rd.

Hard to find at first even though it's huge. Pattaya beach road entrance can be deceptive.
Elevator was really slow.
Room was nice enough but decor looked a bit old.
Crowd was very old but this may just have been because of the time of year.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
I saw lots of tourists renting jet skis/moto's; I would stay away from them. I have heard of frequent scams and found lots of incidents on the web about it.
