open concept of the lobby

the part of the hotel has no elevator and it is hard for the older people to walk up the stair to the fourth floor
It is close to the beacher and shopping and entertainment district.

the location of siam bayview is superb. from the front of the hotel is the beach, with shopping street, lively nightlife, and music. if you walk to the backside of the hotel is another street in pattaya, food is plentiful. rooms are small though but clean. breakfast is average, but ok. if you are looking for a place to stay for the night but will be out mostly, then this is the place to choose.
Shopping Tip:
Central shopping mall is to the right of the hotel.

the hotel is located in the center of Pataya between the 2 bigest malls. the view from the sea view rooms are very nice. however, the neibouring hotel is under construction, so early morning the noise is un acceptable for relaxaing. the food in breakefast is poor. the elevators are old and drive very slow. in pich time it takes 10 min. during our stay on of the 2 elevators were out of order. the hotel stuff tried thier best to help.

I've used this hotel several times in the past, but will certainly not consider returning.
Many newer small hotels offer a better experience at similar or lower prices.
