Golden ville boutique hotel have a good location, near to the shopping area and walk about 10 minute to the beach. But golden ville boutique hotel's room is very stink, the smell like come from the air conditioning. Golden ville boutique is very small hotel, staff hotel's service is bad.

We were pleasantly surprised by the appearance of the room. However we soon learned that the mattress was a bit harder than we are used to. The only things that we considered "bad about the hotel" was the bathroom. It was small, of course, but it had folding louvered doors at the entry that allowed water to and bathroom odors to escape into the sleeping area. Otherwise the hotel was great. The staff all spoke English and were friendly and professional. The hotel is only a few steps away from the Royal Garden shopping Mall. There are literally dozens of restaurants nearby that serve every kind of food imaginable. Except for he bathroom, we enjoyed our stay very much.

Great service from Ronnie and Pair and On too.
AC is great and hot water shower (used to stay at Royal Twins).

Can use a shower curtain to avoid splash over the sink and toilet.
Thank Danny for letting us have an appreciation party for the Royal Spa ladies.

The hotel is located at a distance of 5 mins from the walking street and is close to major entertainment avenues.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Please mention whether you need a smoking/non-smoking room prior to making the bookings or else they charge you an additional bahts to upgrade to a smoking room.

Good rooms and quiet but central location
Great central location in a quiet street.

Efficient check in. Room was good size, well equipped. Staff efficient and helpful. Nice restaurant/coffee shop servicing outdoor tables.
Nightlife Tip:
Easy access to many Pattaya nightlife areas - Walking Street, Soi LK Metro and Soi Buakhao bars and clubs.

Gear location where it is walking distance to pattaya beach and Walking Street.

Hotel are kind of traditional style, it is comfortable and good value for Money. I recommend this small boutique hotel for everyone who wants to be not far away from the beach, shopping and nightlife. you can also rent a motorbike and go around to get more nice food, there are not much Thai food around the hotel,many of the stall are selling western food.
P/S: Hotel request a deposit of 2000 bath when you check in. i'm not comfartable for the deposit although they return when i checkout.
Nightlife Tip:
10 minute walk to the most happening Street "Walking Street".this is a must visit place in Pattaya.
