Terrible! The whole place stinks like sewerage.

Holy batman the staff here were terrible! We arrived one day early and although they had no rooms they just told us to get lost and come back tommorow despite them having 5 hotels in their group, they wouldnt even reccomend somewhere else linked to them or not. When I asked them to look up the phone number for a hotel I knew in the area they flatly refused and told me I had to buy wifi. Agoda specifically says that wifi is free in public areas.....
So we came back the next day and checked in. The rooms smelt bad and the aircon vent was dripping onto the floor in both the rooms we had booked. The rooms were clean othewise though.
One day my mum was by the pool and I was ditching her so I order a salad, drink and a wifi password to be delivered to her by the pool. I paid cash and repeated instructions three times ensuring he understood. I came back later and ascertained nothing was delivered and confronted the staff who got mad at me. I said I wanted my money back and instead he made us a new drink and salad when we were just about to go out for dinner, like 4hrs after I originally ordered it! The next day he saw me and muttered something thai.

We are family with 1 baby. The reason why we chose this resort is the big swimming pool. We reached the resort prolly earlier than 11AM but that was not a problem and the receptionist also upgraded the room for us without any charge. The swimming pool and the environment are as good as what we expected. Breakfast we could give 4-5 stars. We really enjoyed our 3 days 2 nights here and will go back for sure.

- Nong Nooch Village of Gardens, Orchids and Elephant - Located just off Sukhumvit Road a few km south from Pattaya, Nong Nooch is one of Pattaya's most outstanding tourist attractions. In addition to gardens featuring orchids and many tropical plants and snakes, the park features monkeys climbing trees to harvest coconuts, an outdoor elephant show, an indoor cultural show which includes numerous folk dances, a war-like re-enactment of wars fought on elephant back, traditional ceremonies, and muay Thai boxing. The entire complex, including botanical gardens and nurseries covers 500 acres, with vacation accommodations. The Nong Nooch Village includes restaurants, and a beer garden.

Fallow signs for Tirrenia - Camp Derby. Continue 4 Km on the main road and turn right in the direction of Tirrenia. After 3 Km, turn left for Livorno at the intersection and proceed along the shore road for 3 km. Green Park Resort will be on your left.
From the Pisa G. Galilei airport
