Nice pool hotel
good location, easy taxi access, not noisy hotel

Hotel tailor = cheater
does not deliver what promisses. And guess if you can get money back
very expensive laundry. Better to use one at street near by.
Nice staff and everything goes on smoothly. Could come again. Pool staff could smile more.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Taxi driver at the street can organize good trips around and to locations.

The room in first floor is smelly. also the air conditioner is not working well. The water for shower is very weak and little. It takes 1 hour to get a proper shower. The kitchen is very nice though. However, the room in second third floor is much better. No smells, strong air conditioners. I think that it depends on the room where you stay. Good luck to you.

I have stayed at this hotel quite a few times over the last 5 years and will stay here again. The rooms are comfortable and clean, bed is pretty good and bathroom is a good size. Best thing about this hotel is the pool, it one of the best in Pattaya, with 2 swim in bars and special areas for kids. The pool is set in a really nice garden area with plenty of sunbeds and staff to get you anything you need. Another great thing about this hotel is the location, it is just off the baht bus route and although not in central Pattaya it is close enough that it isn't an inconvenience. Quiet at night.

Stayed in the Green Park a couple of years ago and enjoyed my first stay so decided to revisit again. Not much had changed and was nice to be recognised by staff and greeted as an old friend. Hotel has mainly Russian and German guests. The pool is good and enough sunbeds around it. The first room we were put in had a problem with the air conditioning and we were moved without a problem. The downside was the water pressure or should I say the lack of it.Shower in both rooms we were in was pathetic and the water was only tepid.Breakfast was fairly standard as compared to most hotels.
Restaurant Tip:
There is a good restaurant on Beach Road near Soi 2 called The Green Tree which we found to serve very good food.

Usually staying there when in Pattaya. This time booked a standard room, but got a bungalow instead cause we checked in early (12 pm). Pool food and service is a good deal considering the room charge.
Nightlife Tip:
Pattaya Beer Garden. Good food, beautiful scenery.

We were attracted by the swimming pool here, with bar.
We stayed in a bungalow, room was tidy, quite clean with thai design.
The Wifi was free after you pay a little extra for password at the reception.
The staff were not too keen to answer questions (on local look around).

went from bkk on the bus to pattaya, the hotel was near the beach in north pattaya but only about 5 mins baht bus to the hotel from the bus station,, the staff were very friendly, as we walked to the room the first thing you see is the huge pool in the grounds, many trees and a relaxed atmosphere,, there are shhops nearby and bars but away from the hotel which is in a quiet road,, it had a lot of families there and a relaxed atmosphere...at the end of the road you can cheaply rent motorbikes and also from the roundabout there is the baht bus thats takes you the length of beach road if you want some night life,, all in all it was a great place to stay and i was very happy
