Terrible! The whole place stinks like sewerage.

Holy batman the staff here were terrible! We arrived one day early and although they had no rooms they just told us to get lost and come back tommorow despite them having 5 hotels in their group, they wouldnt even reccomend somewhere else linked to them or not. When I asked them to look up the phone number for a hotel I knew in the area they flatly refused and told me I had to buy wifi. Agoda specifically says that wifi is free in public areas.....
So we came back the next day and checked in. The rooms smelt bad and the aircon vent was dripping onto the floor in both the rooms we had booked. The rooms were clean othewise though.
One day my mum was by the pool and I was ditching her so I order a salad, drink and a wifi password to be delivered to her by the pool. I paid cash and repeated instructions three times ensuring he understood. I came back later and ascertained nothing was delivered and confronted the staff who got mad at me. I said I wanted my money back and instead he made us a new drink and salad when we were just about to go out for dinner, like 4hrs after I originally ordered it! The next day he saw me and muttered something thai.

We are family with 1 baby. The reason why we chose this resort is the big swimming pool. We reached the resort prolly earlier than 11AM but that was not a problem and the receptionist also upgraded the room for us without any charge. The swimming pool and the environment are as good as what we expected. Breakfast we could give 4-5 stars. We really enjoyed our 3 days 2 nights here and will go back for sure.

My husband and i enjoyed our stay the roo m was clean and located right at the pool
How ever the bar man was unfreindly and we were ignored. Ordering a drink or food at the bar was difficut.we did over hear him telling a guest that they on ly had a 60% staff
As the rest of the staff were at another hotel so they must just wait. Staff were very

In need of renovation
Lovely large, free form swimming pool. Plenty of greenery.

Management have pointed out to me that it is only three star, but in that case, it is expensive three star, and over priced poor value for money. I'd strongly advise management to prioritize a complete refurbishment as soon as possible.

It is a nice hotel, clean and convenient.pool is nice. Good spa around here. There is a French bakery shop near here. Very popular and a lot of choices and service still good.

We stayed at this hotel as part of a business retreat. They charge extra for internet in rooms which I find a bit annoying. The rooms are quite large but old and the furnishing is not very practical. There was a sofa but no sofa table. Breakfast was average. There is some selection of food but low quality and nothing special at all. Seems the place attract a lot of older tourists from Russia and Germany.
