As I stated... you get what you pay for.
Yes $100 for a hotel in Thailand is on the expensive side, but it's definitely worth it.
While you can stay in a place for $20 a night, you'll never want to be in your room/hotel.
Our room was about $100 a night, but it was pure luxury... 5 stars (extremely high class especially for Pattaya).
- Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Pattaya beach is really awful.
Make sure you go to a nearby island every day.
The locals will try to rip you off left and right.
Never spend more then 10 baht for a "cab" ride.
500 baht per person for a boat ride to near by island.
If you purchase something: make them give you a price, cut it in half and begin negotiating (though it's probably worth 1/3 of the price given to you).

There is a nice pool beside the training room.
- Shopping Tip : There is a mall near the hotel, and it takes about 10 minutes to reach by walk. A Supermarket is in the mall.

The pool is even better than the beach.
- Restaurant Tip : Big C Store - you can get anything you want there at cheap price.

It's really cheap if you book through Agoda, as compared to the walk-in price.

A very reasonable rate considering the overall quality of service and accommodation. Many great restaurants nearby, with shopping and all services just a short walk away. They did not provide mini bus bookings but there are many tourist kiosks in the area.
- Travel tip : If walking with family avoid the bar areas in the side streets as it could be a bit confronting. Catch transport to the southern end Walking Street as it can be a very long walk.
