The Zign Hotel, Pattaya

The Zign Hotel, Pattaya is really great place to stay with ... by the excellent room decor and facilities, including larger space @ Villa. But Villa Zone has no access to the beach, you have to cross to main building. Anyway, overall is great, value for your money.

Generally good, I love the beach and pool. The seaview is quite nice, rather quiet, doesn't seems going to Pattaya.

It's really nice hotel appearance, 2 big main buildings, plus huge area of villa side. The Villa side is located on garden view, opposite to main buildings which able to access to private beach. The hotel appearance is make me feel like 5 stars hotel but breakfast at villa side is quite under standard, i dunno for brakfast at main buildings. But overall is ok for me, reasonable price. Recommended !!!

The hotel is in a good location, with a good sea view, but there were pretty busy with the group tour. Inside the room the fridge was not cold. The interior of the room was not as good as expected (cheap material).

The atomosphere is nice and quiet yet staff needs to be trained a lot more as they can not pay attention to small details. There are mostly Russians and some family even took their dog to the poolside...which was not a pleasant sight and the staff did not tell them anything. (I am not sure if animals are allowed)

This is my 2nd visit that prove the Zign is catch me. The room is clean and creativity designed. I chose to spend a night at Garden View room that is also nice to me. (1st time I stayed Sea View.) Anyway, on top of all, Breakfast is great!!!

Not a good location, must take 'private' tuktuk / taxi back to hotel. Staff are not sensitive enough to provide attentive service. The cafe - 'Icing Me' is good.

Probably the most memorable night's stay I've ever had in a hotel (for all the wrong reasons!) Second only to the night in China when I found a wildcat under my bed in the middle of the night - but that's another story! Here I found myself unable to sleep, eventually realising that the bed was alive with millions of very small ant-like insects. My partner & I were covered in the insects. We showered off to try to get the bugs off our skin and out of our hair and then tried sleeping in the second bed in the room.... Same story. It too was alive with ants. Eventually we had to attempt to sleep 'double-decker' on the very narrow couch. I know that these things happen, and that in a tropical country it is difficult to prevent such an infestation. However, this was a bad night for it to happen to me, as the next day I had to make a very long drive up to the North of Thailand and really needed my sleep. Probably the most disappointing aspect was that when we booked out and told the receptionist, there was no form of apology, or explanation, or any indication that this was in any way out of the normal. All she said was "had we reported it to the cleaner" .... Another problem for us in this hotel was the dangerous (though nicely stylish) room layout. My partner nearly had a serious injury when visiting the bathroom in the dark. There is a hard-to-see stone step all around the bed which she tripped on, falling awkwardly onto the very hard stone floor. She was lucky not to break anything. Despite the above problems, I would say that the hotel is really nice and the styling is nicely modern.

The location is good and close to the sea. The room is clean and well organized. The breakfast is good and have many kind of food.

The road to the hotel may not be very pleasure but is O.K. Finding parking space when get there may not be very convenience, you may have to spending time to fine the parking space. Once get to lobby, is look elegant and well decorated in modern style. look real good. Service at the counter is O.K. We love the swimming pool and the water fall. The room is clean and very nice in modern style.

I stayed in this hotel in mid October for two nights. I booked the superior seaview room. The view is nice and the decoration of the room is very stylish and wioth large space. The only drawback of this hotel is the location, which is very remote. To & from hotel between pattya center may cost you a lot of money. But Zign hotel is still a good choice for a relaxing trip.

Be honest, it's quite nice hotel. But because they wants to charge breakfast for my 5 years old son, I think I won't stay this hotel again if next time I come to pattaya.A little favor for costomer will bring costomer back to use their hotel again. Cause other hotel never charge my son for breakfast. I feel very disappointed about this.So I will not consider to stay here again.

After staying here for several times, the most impression is still that although the room is just superior type, it's equipped with 1 large bed and 1 single bed, giving you an option of bed you'd like to sleep. Fitness center is also impressive with full of equipments and with trainers who are willing to help you. Guests who like aerobic exercise can also attend the classes provided. Although located not so near the shopping area, it provides you the privacy and quietness, suitable for relaxation. One thing to keep in mind if you drive is that the parking lots may not be enough during the high season or when there is a conference organized in the hotel.

the location is the biggest con of the hotel. it is very inconvinient to find and about twenty mins away from beach road which is the highlight of pattaya. the swimming pool is just touching the beach which makes it an excellent relaxing place. if you decide to stay here, insist on a room facing the pool. the interirs of the hotel including the room, lobby and spa is very pleasing. except for the location the hotel is a pleasure to stay in. though the low price paid for the hotel more than makes up for the poor location. the breakfast speard is huge and very pleasing to the tongue. the staff too is courtious.
