Good for a stay if you don't want the boom boom life of Pattaya next to you, but not too far away from it to make it accesible.
Rooms were spotlessly clean and great modern design
The private beach is irrelevant, nobody would use it, too small and poor natural view. Great pools though.

The location was not very convenient. But it's not a problem if you rent a car there.

There was one time where the cleaner opened my room door without knocking the door bell-that was rude.
Boutique hotel, but good for families as well.
