huge swimming pool. probably good for family vacation, quiet location

cleanliness. finishing touch of interior, especially the bathroom is far from neat.

was very disappointed with cleanliness. the first room we checked in had a broken tap as well as some hair in the bath tub, and also stain on the sheets.the bathroom shelves were dusty. we asked to change the room but the new one was only slightly better. good thing about the hotel is probably the large swimming pool, the room is large and comfy. it was ok, but i don't think i will go back.

- Size of hotel - Size of bathroom - Size of swimming pool - Location

The pool open at 7 am and close at 7 pm! Too short time. We are outside during the day time and come back and found the pool is close. Althought, the hotel has its own beach but I don't think we can swim in the beach, not so clean.

The hotel is very huge. Especially the swimming pools at the Zign buildging. The swimming pool there is like waterfalls! Also, I like the fact that it is at North Pattaya, quite far from the bad area. I stay in Flint Villa, I like the bathroo mthe most, very large and it is a very good idea that the rain shower is next to the bathtub, the other hotels should have thought like that... The pool open at 7 am and close at 7 pm! Too short time. We are outside during the day time and come back and found the pool is close. This time i stayed at the villa sidem the room is nice but i can't see the sea. Next time I would like to visit this place again but I would choose the builing room as you can see the sea view.

Hotel Feature Tip : Try the room in the building not villa and you will see the sea.

comfortable ,large bed high flow rainshower private beach

short and rough beach

The large swimming pool in this hotel is the best facility ,but others is so simple. There is 1 double bed (king size) and 1 single bed in every sdandard room. Then it's good if you have kid (don't need extra bed). The hotel have only 2 reataurants and just 1 restaurant open for breakfast buffet. There is various type of breads and bekery . But Asian food is plain. Short and rough beach but it will be compensate by privacy.

TV, Pools, and Cafe'

Shower was very small, the beach was uninviting, slow internet, and pool closed early

We had to wait two hours until our room was ready when we tried checking in at noon. The room was very hot and stuffy when we arrived. The beach was very awful and not a pleasant view. The pools were very nice, however, they closed at 7pm. The free breakfast was quite tastey. The shower is very small, I had to shut the water off in order to put soap in my hair. I needed an iron to iron my pants but there wasn't one, I even asked a maid. The internet was extremely slow. The cafe' in the main lobby was excelent. It's located about 15 minutes from down town Pattaya. There is a mini-mart located near by that's within walking distance, which was very convinient.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Bangkok is a two hour trip but it's definitely worth the trip. I highly recommend taking a whole day to tour the city.

Villa was beautiful, bath tub and shower amazing (perfect for relaxing) outdoor ambiance very serene, room service food excellent

pool and Moods bar closed at 8pm, although you could still swim, pool lights would have been nice along with the outdoor bar being open.

I booked a room through AGODA and had no problems checking in. Be advised if you booked a regular room you check in at the hotel. If you booked a Villa you must check in across the street where the villas are located. Our room was very nice and spacious. The bathroom was amazing. The seperate shower and bath tub were great for relaxing. The amenities were nice. Just a 2 minute walk to a convience store or to catch a tuk-tuk to go into town for shopping, eating or to see a show. The pool was very nice and big. Although it closed at 8pm you were allowed to swim later with no pool lights. The outside bar also closed at 8pm and you had to go into the resturant for drinks. I would deffinately come naback to this hotel on a future vacation. It was very relaxing nestled away from everything in Thailand, but close enough to take a tuk-tuk 10 minutes to get back to the heart of the town.

Hotel Feature Tip : Massage places with in walking distance

The design of the hotel looks modern and new.

The lobby was crowded. Many people were there for conference that day.

The Zign looks very grand and huge from outside, but parking lot isn't sufficient. Lobby was full of people and pretty noisy. However, the service was awesome (upgraded from city view to sea view room). The two swimming pools are nice and big, but again too many people espicially kids, so it's hard to relax and swim.

Hotel Feature Tip : The Zign hotel's bakery shop "icing me" is nice and sweet.

Beautiful view, a modern style hotel, nice customer services, cleanliness and tidiness of room.

a little bit far from pattaya beach road

Once arriving the hotel, staffs greet us with lovely smile, they are so nice and polite, lobby is so fresh and comfortable, high ceiling make large space and feel free, many comfortable seats for passengers to take rest. A modern style and tidy room with one double bed and one single bed, large space of room (studio), separate bath and shower is appreciated, different lighting make nice atmosphere. Outside view of the room make me so fresh, we can't see any high building around, so relaxing. Two swimming pool and one small beach is so perfect. A buffet breakfast provide a international standard food and environment. Everything is good, Zign Hotel is little bit far from beach road, however, it is worthy to stay.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : The Sanctuary of the Truth is quite near the hotel, it is worthy to take a look at it.

nice environment.

too far.

fair services. v far away from city. expensive transport per each trip, costs at least 100b each time. breakfast is ok. but many ants around the washing basin in the toilet. seems there is an ant nest. only 1 toothbrush per room. Would rather spend in Marriott or other city-centred hotels.

The Zign hotel is a great hotel from services, Location and what they have from activity inside the hotel.

The only 2 weaknesses point that The Zign hotel is Far away from Pattaya City center and in the reception there is no body can speak english except one person from 6 or 8 person working there ...

My Review here about The Zign hotel... that it is really a 5 Stars hotel, have a great Swimming pool, great location on the sea, the activities from sport and beach games is very nice, the prices is great for 5 stars hotel, the service and security is very good, food is excellent, the location faraway from the city center is one of the week points, Transportation from the hotel to the city center is difficult and the reception services is weak also because no boday can speak english

Breakfast is good and more choice.

Two swimming pool is big but not really good for family and kids. Pool is suitable for the view more than swim over there.

Hotel room is up to standard but not worldwide hotel group standard, hotel is clean but shower is not good for me as the water go to your head directly and make you quite trouble, no carpet along the floor, when people move in will make the noise, will come again but not for family.

It's new well decoration with beachside

beach view is not beautiful (near fish-market) no roof-parking lodge

If you're the one who looking for a new, modernized, hip-style hotel, The Zign hotel can provide you with the great decoration and style. This hotel has private beach ,you can enjoy the sunset and sun-bathing but it is not suitable for walking on the beach. About the room facility , it 's new and nice but the one thing I dislike is the television. This hotel provide you with cable TV but it isn't work because very very poor signal. I 've called the staff for fix it but it didn't work so I didn't appreciate the survice.

Nice rooms, facilities. The lobbies, restaurants, two level pool are all nice. Rooms are well appointed.

Not a business hotel (no internet at all), out of the way.

The hotel feels exclusive, much more so than the major hotels along Pattaya's main roads. There are nice dining facilities, a handsome small gym, and a full up spa on location. The hotel is not on a public beach, so there are no touts interrupting your time on the sand. However, the lights were off in the room when we arrived, and it took the service crew some time to find and reset the circuit breaker. We never did get Internet connectivity (bring your own ethernet cable), and the service desk was unable to restore service.

Travel tip : Getting to a major riadis a bit of a hike. But once you do, you can catch a minibus down to the center of town in minutes for 10 baht.
