Nice villa and lovely swimming pool
Very nice swimming pool. My kid really loves swimming here. Good location if you want to stay away from bars and loud noise of Pattaya at nights.

Its a good stay here. Something to be improve is the A/C in the room. Please make sure you get the working one. In addition there is no Wifi in the room, only an internet cable.

Lovely hotel but not Premium, distant location

We stayed for only 1 night with my wife and daughter aged 9.
Its far off a Villa if you expect a private space with pool..
However a budget version of Villa feeling is what you can get.
Facility is getting somewhat aged, we changed to another room as the smell in first room was bad.
They fixed the hot water for us after reflecting the issue.
Short of supplies of toothpast, towel, iron and plate, shampoo, shower gel, you have to list them out and call at once to send all. No wifi in your room but with access to internet thru the fix line. External call is prohinited, if you want to make a local call, you have to go to the counter and they dial for you on a surcharge.

Spacious Villa but bit off distance from the beach

The villa itself is quiet spacious which is good for kids to play inside the room. The hotel has poor breakfast and service staff at the restaurant was not professional enough when my kids puked and staff did not come instantly to help us clean the place. In stead we had to do it ourselves. The villa is located next to the road and the opposite of Zign Hotel. The pool was good however, there is a distance from the beach. The private beach the hotel has is pretty clean and nice place for kids to enjoy.

Nice Relaxing Resort and Villa is as shown in pic
Good facilities with 3 big swimming pools, spa, a truly relaxing & nice ambiance

Great location which is secluded but not too far from the city centre, it's definitely ideal for relaxation. The villas are surrounded with great landscape. The facilities such as swimming pools, well equiped gym, sauna & spas are located across the street which are owned by Zign hotels.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
rent a car during your stay as it's more convenient and cheaper

If you would like a day or two away from the buzzing city life and your purpose of stay isn't for tour then it's a perfect place. It's very quiet, private and relaxing although it would've been better if it was by the beach... the best thing about the place was its spacious rooms! It was for max 2 occupancy but could've well fit family of 5!

The hotel is nice, cozy and comfortable. However, there are too many stone funiture. It's dangerous for baby and kid. The breakfast is ok.

Worst Expensive Hotel We have Ever Stayed in!!!!!

Non Existent service..Management not fit for a 5 star hotel.
Absence of basic amenities like hot water, change of toiletries.
Breakfast-lame.All in all a not so satisfying experience.

This is something different as I usually stay in a more central area of pattaya,,,The zign is different as it is more quite and relax, actually it doesnt feel like pattaya at all which I like actually...exceptional feel!

Pretty quiet and peaceful, looking pretty at night.

We got a room in the first floor, but there was no veiw at all, we could see walls with pipes from the window.
I recommend to say in the second floor around swimming pool cuz that's best spot for this hotel.
