Bathroom in rooms.
This in the 3rd time i have stayed in the Tim Boutique and as stated in reviews before, the location of the hotel is ideal.
Next door to The Avenue Complex, and a couple of minutes walk from the Central Festival shopping centre.
The staff are very friendly and the roof top pool is a great feature.
I may try another hotel on my my next visit to Pattaya, but would have no hesitation reccomending the TB to anyone.
Nightlife Tip : Linekers bar is a couple of minutes stroll from the Hotel.
It's a great place to catch the Football during the season.

Staff very friendly, good sized rooms, excellent cable channel selection, excellent breakfast, spa in room impressive.
Only weakness is the lack of air conditioning in hallways. Staff very helpful and accomodating. I was so impressed with the Hotel mysely and travelling companion decided to upgrade to spa suites. Location, ease of access to all facitities and attractions. Guest friendly without feeling arkward for guests and myself. Breakfast is very impresive. I have travelled all over the world and would rate this hotel in the top few I have stayed in.
Restaurant Tip : Be brave and try local foods, but always take a local with you as they know the best eateries.

The best features re Tim Boutique Hotel are that it is close to the centre of the action and nightlife The only problem is that it is a non smokeing Hotel but you may smoke on the balcony Tim Boutique Hotel wal all in all a great experiance and I would recomend anyone wanting to stay there. Shops and entertainment are all close for all ages and for the young at heart the nightlife is buzzing even in the same block. The beach is only one block away wich means your in the water in under 5 minutes :)
Nightlife Tip : The nightlife ia as good as it gets!!!
