when we went to check in, the staff had neglected to reserve the villa for us.
after a very lengthy wait, and our refusal to be sent to another hotel, we were checked in and given a free upgrade for 1 night. the other 2 nights were in the room that we had booked.
great villas, very private. private pool and courtyard could be a little cleaner, but would definitely stay there again. loved it!!!

Very nice hotel for family vacation. Very personal with quite environment.But the hotel reception staffs were not so friendly. However, in overall, we were satisfied with our stay in this hotel.

Not to far from the main street.

This property is near jomtien beach. We reached pattaya by bus and found it a little difficult to locate as most locals didnt know where it was! the best thing to would be to take a map along or ask for view talay condos which are 5 minutes from this property.
The villa was great with a private pool and no one comes to disturb you. In fact they take privacy to another level. There is no room service and you have to either eat at their pool side cafe or get your own food and cook in the villa. There is a 7 11 across the property so food wasnt an issue.

nice villa with a nice private pool, the area for sunbathing was sufficient for me and the pool was just enough to jump in and have refreshment, staff's performance not too good, the day shift lady in reception needs a break... no signs how to get there and even when u arrive at the complex, there are several view talay villas so took me over 1 hour to get to the correct place, but the villa itself was ok, tv and sofas need changing though, no choice for breakfast except for fattening american style food...

really, a delightful location ... walking distance to jomtien and the beach, and far enough away from walking street to keep it an adventure (50 baht in a taxi truck) ...
nice breakfast, beautiful people ...
Travel tip:
Hire a scooter - 250 Baht a day, 1000 deposit. Soy 4 has some zippy little Hondas... You will get some real freedom !

If there is a transport (a car, moto) - it is very convenient: quiet area in Jomtien, nearby the food market, foodshops (7-eleven, sausages-cheeses), quite good cafe-small restaurants. On foot it is, of course, very inconvenient - 1km only on settlement territory + 500m to the nearest stop of tuk-tuk on road... But - on the transport - 10-15 minutes to the centre of Pattaya, 20-30 minutes on other end (north) of Pattaya. 10 minutes on foot to the Jomtien-beach road (road along a beach with a heap of restaurants and shops).
The Internet paid - 500 Bath for a week, but - it is constant wrong because of very low signal. The main lack - imported water: behind the house there is a tank on 500 litres which daily fills watertank-car and with which constantly forget to fill - will not tell yet on ресепшене. Water in pool is not warmed up.
In the first house there was an antediluvian TV and non-working DVD, in the second house - already everything is all right: big LED-TV and DVD - it is necessary to look. But quality of TV bad (a problem with the general aerial) - strong hindrances in all settlement.
The kitchen is equipped by all necessary: the big refrigerator, free drink water, a plate, micro-wave, a teapot, a coffee maker, ware...
Cleaning with linen replacement daily, pool especially did not clean, but something of bleaching powder type threw daily.

nice pool

enjoyed staying here with very private pool and area to sit in the sun and have food outdoors.
rooms are kind of dated but clean and tidy.
only drama was water is in tank at rear of the room and ran out twice because of water rationing, which meant having to go to reception to get water organised before i could shower, not the hotels fault but annoying anyway.

hard to find any fault with view tallay....the 1 bedroom villas are modern, clean spacious and decked out with all the modern furnishingsyou could need. lcd tv spacious living room, self contained kitchen. having your own private pool is fantastic and you have total privacy with high walls surrounding the villa. a couple of deck chairs by the pool to relax on and enjoy the sun in between dips in the nice sized pool. beautiful plants and flowers surround your pool. the whole complex looks fantastic and the walk up the long driveway is a visual pleasure with beautiful gardens and statues. the staff were fantastic and had no issues when i requested an additional hour for check out and when it came time to leave they organised a wonderful driver to take me to bangkok airport. i'd seen a few reviews were people said the pool was to small but i found it the perfect size (after all you're not swimming laps in it) if there was anything that you could consider a flaw it would be that there was no wi-fi at the time, however i believe that this was soon to be in place and after all you shouldnt really be sitting on the internet all day ..the next time in pattaya i will definately be staying here again 5/5 . theres a 7/11 directly opposite and a taxi motorbike stand as well.
i didnt have any meals at the villas but if the meals are the same standard as the rest of the services i'd assume they'd be great
Nightlife Tip:
A trip to walking street is a must do where you can see some thai boxing, snake charming, street stalls , fish spa's or indulge in a few drinks at the many bars. One open style bar i visited had a thai rock band playing that belted out some great tunes including some AC/DC that was a great treat for an aussie tourist :)
