The private pool makes up for all of the cons

I've stayed here quite a few times and this stay was no different than the others. This place has a lot of cons but for me the few pros make up for them enough to keep me coming back.
Cons: No phone in the rooms. Buy a cheap cell phone or you won't even be able to contact the front desk. The internet only worked for a few of the 10 days that I was there but at least they stopped charging for it. You have to do a lot of walking to get anywhere. My room didn't have hot water the entire time I was there but the cold water was warm enough to shower with. There are pretty much no amenities. There was a folder with "Directory of Services" printed on it and there was nothing inside.
Pros:
The main reason that I stay here is the solitude and the privacy. The villa itself is very nice. They're always clean and the furniture is very comfortable. The best feature is the private pool. There are plenty of food options close by. Next door is a market with good and cheap food stalls and a decent Thai restaurant. There's a 7 Eleven right across the street. There's also a couple of food delivery services that will bring food from Pattaya restaurants to you. Also next door is an open air gym that charges by the day, week or month.
When I first started staying here they had quite a few amenities such as room service, transportation to the beach and phone service but they also charged a night more.

Good stay. Staff was a mix of good and bad. Overall was good. private pool awesome. Quiet neighbourhood. only down side was long walk out of compound to the main road.

The establihsment is located centrally with easy access to local market and mini marts. The breakfast ist very sparse but as the villas have a kitchenenette with a big fridge, you can easily prepare your own meals.

We had a great time staying at View Talay Pool Villas, we enjoyed the private pool and it's quite atmosphere. The location is good, near to the shopping area as well as dinning places.

Nice place
Have a private pool and have a little kitchen and the room is quite well.

The room is big and have a good rest room.
It's has mini kitchen and equipment for cleaning e.g dish, spoon, etc.
It's has a private pool which don't have chlorine, it's so nice for my baby.
On the other hand the service mind not well. And this place is far from beach. And the location looking for difficultly

Private, guarded community of Pool Villas

We would have stayed longer. Was a nice little one bedroom house, with little garden and pool. Large enough to make a few swim strokes. With compete privacy for sunbading and refreshing in the pool.
Right next door is a large local, typical Thai food market, where you can get all kinds of fruits and veggies. A 7 Eleven across the street, ... everything there right in the neighborhood.
