new clean rooms, helpful staff noisy, from disco next door, could hear elevator, also could hear washing machines from 7th floor room. I was very dissapointed in the hotel. The room was clean and new. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool is small but nice. The noise made it hard to sleep. The disco next door was so loud things were vibrating in the room. The noise started at 11pm and lasted to 5am. You could also hear the elevator equipment and washing machines.

Hotel is new, only this is good.
New rooms, with simple design.
Thats all.
Hotel is poor. Maximum 2 stars. When i see this hotel i like only that it is new hotel. Rooms very simple, not have a special design.
Breakfast was very simple, eggs, something more, coffee and thats all.
Location is good for some bars, but far from beach and W.Street (about 20 mins).
Staff was good, and helpful.
Computers in hall very slow, internet very slow.
For me hotel is not good.
Nightlife Tip : Have some go-go bars.

Newish hotel in a good location for getting around. Internet service very slow to non existent. Good value for money hotel in a reasonable area with taxi service to get around town, rooms are ok for the price and the pool area is good. Staff are very friendly and will help with any queries, overall good value. There is probably better value in Pattaya, however this must come close.

New hotel, nice rooftop pool, nice staff. Many restaurants and bars and internet cafes and seven-11 stores and food markets are just in a couple minutes of walking distance but for a nice beach a 45 minutes trip to the pier and another 45 minutes ship ride and a 10 minutes motorbike ride is necessary!

Nice rooms, great swimming pool and view from the roof. Had a very nice stay at the Villa Panalee hotel. It's not really at the center of things, but a short stroll takes you to Soi Buakhauw from where you can easily hop on a songthaew. There's a good view of the area from the roof, where you will also find the nice swimming pool. Will stay here again.

Clean, new fixtures, Location! A well run, nearly new hotel with a big bed, big shower and a balcony! Air con was silent and the room was quiet at all times with no outside noise! I like the soi buakhao area so loved the location!
I did not have the breakfast so I cannot comment on the food! Staff were efficient and friendly!
Good value for money in my opinion!
Nightlife Tip : Soi LK Metro is only 150 yards from the hotel! Good selection of bars, restaurants and other entertainment!! Look for the big arch at the right hand side of soi buakhao after turning left the left again after leaving the hotel! Half the price of walking street!!

Very clean, and modern style villa. Good location, and kind staffs. No bathtub. Not good breakfast. This hotel is a small accommodation like villa. Maybe seven stories building. Seventh floor linked to swimming pool. The swimming pool is located on the roof. The swimming pool is very small but it is nice and clean (with about six beach chair.) This hotel is located in Sai Sam (Third road). Sai sam is not close to beach road. Please check this lotel location. and last one, Breakfast is very simple. I can't say that is nice, actually I was disappointed.

Swimming pool and the room itself Perhaps breakfast could have more variety but for the price we paid we couldn't argue! We arrived late at the hotel for check in but it only took three minutes for checking in. This hotel is quite new so the room is very nice, clean and modern, good water pressure for shower. There is small balcony as well. Swimming pool is also really nice with good view of Pattaya. All in all really satisfying and would definitely stay there again.
Travel tip : The best way to get around in Pattaya is by motorbike.
