Spacious, well maintained rooms in a modern, architecturally spell bounding, complex located in the heart of exciting Pattaya. Featuring 382 luxurious rooms with full mini-bars and modern design, the Jomtien offers a relaxing downtime after a day of swimming in Pattaya’s crystal clear ocean water or swimming pool featuring a sunken bar. Excellent for conventions and business functions also weddings and other ceremonies, with a full staff there to accommodate the needs of the guests, and a scrupulously cared for series of meeting halls. Right near Boonsamphan temple and right on Jomtien beach, the Jomtien boasts comfort, beach life, gathering space, and convenience.

Every room has a view, but the deluxe rooms have extra windows and even more opportunity to view the Gulf of Siam. The pool is quite well maintained. Breakfast is included in the price of the room and offers an adequate variety.
The rooms were tolerably clean, but not especially so. In general this hotel is in need of a lot of refurbishing if it is going to survive much longer. The toilets were small and not very thoroughly furnished, and the hot water supply was inconsistent during our stay. On the second day of our stay, the pool staff was late in picking up the previous days wet towels and bringing new towels to the poolside.
If you want a cheap hotel with a beautiful view of the Gulf of Siam and that is relatively clean and comfortable with well maintained air conditioning, this hotel will work well for you. It isn't modern anymore, but the staff works hard to make it as comfortable as possible. I hope someone will invest the necessary capital to give this place a much needed facelift within the next year or so.
