- Shopping Tip : Plenty of good shops and bustling night life very close, within five minutes walk but far enough away to be peaceful.

I paid $21 a night here, this was my 2nd time staying. Last time I got a nice room overlooking the sea. This time I got a "pool view" which really overlooked some ugly squat buildings. I could see a glimpse of the pool if I looked hard enough. The free breakfast is okay - sort of. It's much the same every day and usually the hot foods are, well, not so hot. There is enough of a variety to satisfy well enough, but I was longing for cold cereal with milk, bananas a couple other things by the middle of my stay. Too many cockroaches in this place. They need to fumigate more regularly. I was riding down the elevator with a couple of guests who were checking out without even staying over night. They said they counted at least 20 big roaches in their room. I killed 3 or 4 in mine. For the price, it's an okay deal. The pool is always clean and refreshing and the staff seem generally friendly even if they can't really understand too much English. Luckily there is plenty of shopping, dining, night life and the main road within EASY walking distance so you are not "stuck" in your hotel.
- Travel tip : Within a few meters you'll find restaurants aplenty, modern movie theaters showing the most recent fare (in English), more shopping than you'll ever need, the beach, saucy night life, taxis to take you anywhere, and much more. Save your money on fancy hotels and use it for the FUN things in Pattaya!

- Nightlife Tip : You can walk to the main strip easily from the hotel. Laundry is just across the street.

Free breakfast is okay, but nothing real special. I would not stay here again... under renovation so some noisy and smelling of paint.
- Restaurant Tip : Good seafood to be had on the walking road down town. 2 on the right as you walk along the strip.

A good hotel being spoiled by poor management culture. I will never again return to this hotel.
