with a few 100 meters away from nightlife and pattaya beach the location is perfect. the rooms are clean, but the staff and the breakfast is a nightmare.

good convenient location right in the middle of the town. terrible breakfast, unfriendly staff the hotel staff at the reception is very unfriendly.from the 3 ladies at the reception counter, during check in, 1 was busy on the phone and the 2 remaining where knitting and told me to wait. overall the hotel is fair value for the money.

The room is huge and clean.I like the bright light with the new painted wall, it looks like the room is just refurbished. Location wise is convenient,nearby the town and distance walk only to some feature places. The lobby looks a bit old fashion and the lights are dimmed. I would rate 2 stars out of 5 for the breakfast, it just not my cup of tea. Generally, I would rate 3 stars for this hotel. The hotel is located nicely in the Pattaya town, distance walk only to Walking street, beaches and shopping mall. The staffs are friendly and quite helpful, but there was a case that the bell boy thought we brought someone back to the hotel yet it wasn't the case; a bit offensive on this but I think it just their responsibility. The room itself is huge,bright and clean. However, the bath tub is a bit old already. They have a big swimming pool, but due to my lazyness, I didn't try it out. The breakfast provided can be skipped though there are some choices, but taste wise I would rather not to comment. Overall, I think it's still worth to stay if you tends to get a budget accommodation.

The staff is not so friendly. Hotel room is quite comfortable but they have to rennovate. Breakfast still acceptable.

Close to beach and nightlife. Budget priced. The staff was not so polite, rooms/furniture were old. This hotel has a good exterior, a good swimming pool, it looks from outside like a big hotel, five minutes walk to all the entertainment spots and the famous walking street of pattaya, but the sad part is there are too many bed bugs in the room, i could not even sleep a single minute whole night and this was the most horrifying experience, and adding to this situation there are small cockroaches running all over the room.
Shopping Tip : Hotel is close to all the shopping areas.

Spacious room & hotel close to the beach & entertainment areas. Breakfast was below standard. Air conditioning (air handling unit) very noisy. It is ok hotel if you are on a budget & are spending one night only. I stayed 3 nights which was not a good idea. Generally, the staff were indifferent & don't make you feel welcome. They act as if they are doing you a favour. But I guess, you get waht you pay for...
Nightlife Tip : Close distance to the night spots including walking street.

Good location and good price The hotel is very attractive from the outlook but very disappointed for the inside because it is very old. However, the room is still very tidy. Besides, the location of the hotel is good. It is very near bar street if you love night live. Staff are helpful. Food variaties in breakfast is rare and can be more. As a conclusion, it is valuable to stay.
Shopping Tip : A new shopping mall "Central" with many shops inside.

5 min walk to Walking Street. Close to the beach. Good sized rooms. Breakfast could be improved. The hotel is 5 minutes walk to Walking Street and the Pattaya nightlife, a couple of minutes walk to the beach. The hotel rooms are basic rooms but are clean. They are a reasonable size although the rooms are starting to look a little old. The staff were helpful when asked. The breakfast was not as good this time as the last time I stayed. For the price I would recommend this hotel.

Location, and Included Breakfast 1. The lighting in the hallways are dark, which is probally because... 2. The carpets in the hallway are super dirty and are coming undone. 3. the Door to the bathroom would not close, unless you slamed it shut with force. 4. The Bathroom needs work. Ive stayed at plenty of hotels, and many budget so im not one to usually complain, but this place is NOT a three star. The only reason I booked this hotel was because my boyfriend told me it was ok when he went to pattaya when he was in the military(7 years ago). The actual bed and room was clean, just had an old feel to it. But, Get a better hotel for the same price. Anywhere along that second strip is fine.

Perfect location, great value, friendly stuff. Was really impressed with the state of the hotel after they've done some renovations and changed carpet & matresses. Stayed there quite a few times before and this time was the best by far.
Sometimes the sheets had some stains on them, but they were happy to changed them when I asked. Really loved the pool amd surroundings. Perfecr location for shopping, sightseeing, nightlife, very central. Will stay there again.

location, staff, and clients the hotel is in a great location making it easy to get around. The lobby and public area is an attempt at luxury, very pleasant. the rooms are the weak point. they are clean, but very simple. there are some ants and some bathroom tiles are cracked or caulked. still it was ok. the AC worked cold. breakfast was very nice.

location, close to all the night spots in pattaya and just opposite to huge mall
cant think of any, for the price i paid for this hotel really nothing to complain it is very close to the famous walking street in pattaya, which is the hub of the night life, and close to all the shopping malls in pattaya aswell, i stayed here for the second time and saw a marked improvement in all the aspects, rooms were clean, friendly staff, good breakfast for the price i paid, a huge swimming pool. so in all a great stay,and really no complaints this time, would come here again.
