The only good thing about this hotel is its good proximity to bars and restaurants on Jomtien beach road.
One good thing about the breakfast was that there was fresh eggs being cooked on demand The hotel room we were allotted had not been cleaned properly, the toilet was still dirty.
The room was very dingy looking and had a terrible outlook from the balcony. I was very dissapointed with the White House Hotel as the whole complex looked as it needed cleaning up. The hotel room was very, very ordinary, and had not been cleaned properly.
There was only one lady working at the reception when we checked in, hence a long wait to get attended to.
All in all, not a nice hotel.
Nightlife Tip : Plenty of bars and restaurants around the hotel.

Facilities in poor condition. The White House Resort is in a good location on Jomtian Beach. There are many restaurants available in the area and the beach is one block away. It is an older hotel and the facilities are in poor condition. They offer a very nice breakfast buffet and the staff is friendly and very helpful. Overall I would rate the hotel as just OK for a brief stay.

Poor choice of television programs.
If you drive a car it can be difficult accessing this resort along the girly bar lane access in the evening. This was the second time I stayed at this resort, and the first time I was not overly impressed.
The first time I had a room in the first part of the resort closer to the check in... The second time I was in a fourth floor room in the tower at the back of the resort above the pool and this was better.
The breakfast was very good, and the staff helpful.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Pattaya - Jomtien require an open mind. You'll see some distasteful things but on the other hand the people are friendly.
I go there to fly little aeroplanes and prefer Jomtien to Pattaya, you see less sleeze.
I went to one friend's little bar on Soi 4, good company, but other things are on offer too. Not my cup of tea, so to speak!
There are 'family' friendly attractions to see in the local area, and it's easy to get around.

It's ideally located as it's only about 100m from Jomtien Beach. Service of the staff was very pleasent. I spent three nights at White House Resort. Most of the staff there can speak simple english so communication was never a problem. The main problem with this hotel is it's too old. Everything inside the room is stained. There's no safe inside the room either. It's also a stone's throw from Jomtien Beach which isn't a bad thing at all. The buffet breakfast is so-so.

old building with beautiful gardening Compare with the beautiful gardening and old building, the staffs service is really so bad. Unlike typical Thai people, they do not know how to smile. They do not even provide adapter for your computer. The antique air-condition has big noise with low power make me almost can not sleep all night. I changed the hotel at the next day.

There were no towels in the room. I had to remind three times to the reception - the towels were finally delivers on the next day evening.
Plus we had flooding from the room above and we had to wait for 6 hours before housekeeping came to clean the room after this disaster.
Avoid this hotel.

Many bars and restaurants close by. I booked this hotel at about 12pm and checked in at about 2pm. Very impressed with how good Agoda is. The hotel is in a good location, only 5 mins walk to the beach with many bars and restaurants on the way. The room was great for the money but only had 2 single beds. Nice balcony but it looked straight into the other rooms. Be sure to close your curtains. The staff were friendly and were happy to look after our bags after check out so we could look around. Didn't make it to breakfast or the pool but it all looked good.

Receptionist is polite. And can check the previous time. Car Buy easy washing. A personal ambience. Items to watch less TV channels. No sea views to see. The hotel is peaceful tropical swimming pool with privacy. Thai rarely live mainly foreigners. Walking distance to the beach was not much. With facilities suitable price. Hospitable to welcome the employees well.
Restaurant Tip : Restaurants near Uncle profusely. On Jomtien Beach.

Easy to find and easily accessible place. Beach is within walking distance Is it still a street full of bars, everyone is not as fun Is the hotel that you'd expect from 2stars but they are apparently doing their best to make it to heaven, below the ribbon structure is what is aging but well maintained, the maintenance of the rooms is ok, every day if you order gereinigt calls, the breakfast is plain but good, you can also have lunch at a reasonable price and is ok.
