Great location and clean room

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel, room is ok clean but lack of decoration and a table where can put our things, but beside that it has a nice big balcony wish is nice after a day on the beach to have a drink and look at the sea.

Great location near jomtien beach
2 mins walk to jomtien beach,very nesr pupen seafood restaurant

No breakfast available but hotel room is cosy and big. Staff are friendly and some can understand English. No hot shower and lift available. But overall, this guesthouse is a good place to stay if you love jomtien beach.
Travel tip:
Not all taxi drivers will know the location of this guesthouse. Thus it will be good if you tell them that it is located near jomtien beach and along the same stretch of road as pupen seafood restaurant

There is good transport between Jomtien Beach and Pattaya where you find great shopping upportunities

There's a cleaner (older lady) who starts speak very loudly in the hallway every morning about 8.30 AM. So if you don't want to wake up that early, go elsewhere.

Great for close to beach accomodation
Jomtien Beach over the road, small but nice and clean hotel, sea view room with balcony and well working aircon, lovely staff, ATM, shops restaurants close around

This lovely small hotel I liked very much as there was everything I needed and at the quality level I was looking for. If you are looking for nice accommodation 10 minutes away from Walking Street/Beach Road by taxi for 10-20B, right at nice shallow Jomtien Beach, with all basic facilities in good condition (comfy double-bed, air-con, shower, laundry service etc.) and you do not expect there will be silent all night long then this is hotel for you, non snob-like guys will be more than happy to be here. I certainly was.

The room not clean,water falling from the roof in toilet.But place quiet, walk 2 min near beach and 7eleven.If want to go (walking street)nightlife must by taxi.

we really like the location of this guesthouse. we stayed on the top floor which provides a full sea view without anything blocking. the room is spacious and comfortable. very nice and clean with a big balcony. however, the outside chair should be higher because we couldn't see the ocean if we sat on the chair. the bar stool would be perfect for sitting in the balcony area. definitely want to come back again.

海側の安い部屋に宿泊。バルコニーがあり海も見えた。しかし木と電柱がちょっと邪魔かも。昼はビーチでリラックス。夜も深夜4時くらいでもミニバスみたいので余裕で帰ってこれるので特に不便さは感じなかった。
