Staff at restaurant at breakfast are most of them trainees. They did not pick up breakfast coupon at all.

small but cozy hotel
swimming pool, clean room, but the reception should be more attentive and improvement in greeting the guest. What's a poker face receptionist.

Overall is good. The La Baquette which is a well known patisserie of this hotel and of course well-known in Pattaya. I drop by this shop for almost every time I have a chance to visit Pattaya. With its popularity, the hotel should seriously consider in improvement of the customers queing, it is poorly to carelessly managed. In addition, guest (with dog) should not be allowed to be in the shop. Better sit outside.

Nice decoration of Hotel Lobby and great location.
Great Location in Pattaya along with nice decoration and design of hotel.

It was good to stay at this hotel. Its location can easily connect you to Pattaya Beach and city. Coffee Shop (La Baguette)was a highlight of this hotel. It was the best location to sit and relax while enjoying coffee.
