The satff made me very welcome during my stay. Any special requests were handled quickly and without any fuss. The pool was very nice, and the rooms were very well presented. All in all, a very enjoyable stay.
Travel tip:
Always take change of cloths in carry on bagage in case you miss a connecting flight as I did. Took a couple of days for bags to catch up with me, so wish I had follwoed my own advice

as sticking with woodland hotel, there are total 3 swimming pools, of coz the size is not too big. what a pity that we are at low level, not much viewing from the balcony. if 4/f or above, i guess will be better, can see the beach and pattaya bay. the room is pretty big with kitchen and all utilties. many spa and massage around, can try let's relax. only 10 mins walk to big c.
what a pity that they do not even provide toothbrush and comb. really disappointed. of coz they finally provided with me.
Hotel Feature Tip:
The a la carte breakfast is better than the buffet one.

very clean and tidy rooms which are well set out and fitted withall the most modern conveniences. the apartments are close to town so walking is easy and even have a top notch restaurant on site if you dont want to head into town.

I have stayed here three different years I have notice on this stay the service is starting to decline a little
Door man over aggressive for tip the front desk have less concern, not near as good hospitality then before. Could be the time of year June vs october ? Rooms need make over for smell

excellent service from all the staffs. the room is excellent with high quality pillow and bed. bathroom is very spacious and it comes with rain shower. location is near major shopping malls and very short walk to the beach.
