we loved the set-up of the rooms, which had a kitchenette, small walk-in closet and mini sitting room, aside from the twin beds and usual desk-tv set-up. i also liked the separate bathtub and shower stall. there is a little stool in the bathroom sink which you can pull out so little kids can reach the sink. you can also adjust the temperature of the water.
there are pots and pans in the kitchenette and a dishrack. perfect.

We got a free ABF coupon for kid age under 12 which is great service mind.
The beds is big and use the good quality furniture to decorate.
It is near the local market (NaKLUA wet market).
We can shop fresh seafood for cooking in our own family style.

Quiet but convenient location. Choice of 3 swimming pools. Shares amenenities with the Woodlands Resport. Very clean facility with plush bath towels, robes, slippers. Convenient garage parking for your car.

We brought the kids so it was nice to be away from the beer bars and the hustlers but close enough for eveything else. The "Grappa" Restaurant was amazing, more expensive than most Thai eateries but given the quality, still a bargain compared to most U.S restaurants of the same quality. The buffet breakfast at the connected Woodlands Resort better suited us with more variety for the kids. Appreciated the respect given to our Thai friends when they visited as this is not always the case in establishments that cater to western clients.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
There is a massage school for the blind on the same soi which offers massages at a big discount. They also have a suana and swimming pool.
Also,you can rent a motorcy at the kiosk at the top of the soi for about Bt100/day [$3] with just a little haggling. I have dealt with the lady who owns this small operation and over the years have found here to be totally honest and staightforward.

Das Woodlands Suites Serviced Residences ist ein sehr schönes Hotel im Norden der Stadt Pattaya. es hat einen schönen Garten mit 3 Swimmingpools wo man sich von kräftezehrenden Shopping touren gut erholen kann. die zimmer sind gross und gut eingerichtet. Das morgenessen ist reichhaltig.

Super Hotel !!!!!! Nur zu empfehlen....
Das Hotel ist erst 2 Jahre alt. Daher sehr neu. Das ganze Hotel ist sehr sauber und sehr modern eingerichtet. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und sehr komfortabel. Auch das Bad ist eine echte Wellnessoase. Es hat einen seperaten Raum wo sich der Safe befindet und wo man auch die Koffer und Schuhe verstauen kann, eine Art Garderobe. Sehr praktisch. Es hat auch noch zusätzlich einen grossen Schrank wo genug Platz vorhanden ist. Es ht eine komplett eingerichtete moderne Küche. Der Balkon ist auch sehr gemütlich und wir hatten direkte Sicht auf den Pool welcher auch sehr schön ist.

Das Personal ist sehr nett und freundlich. Beim Frühstück bekommt man die Menükarte und bestellt à la carte. Das ist sehr bequem und es hat eine grosse Auswahl an Früchten,Brot,Eier,frisch gepresste Säfte,Fleisch,warme asiatische Gerichte usw. Was auch von Vorteil ist man kann während des ganzen Aufenthaltes das Inernet gratis benützen im Business Center des Hotels.Ebenfalls hat es einen Fitnessraus der auch sehr gut ausgestattet ist.
Shopping Tip:
Das im Februar 2009 eröffnete Shopping Center CENTRAL FESTIVAL ist ein sehr schönes, modernes und grosses Einkaufszentrum wo man gemütlch herumschlendern kann. Es gibt viel zu sehen. Und in der oberen Etage hat es ein grosses Angebot von Restaurants verschiedener Länder. Sehr zu empfehlen. Ebenfalls hat es ein Kino.

部屋も広く、奇麗に掃除されていて快適でした。
プールサイドの部屋だったので、子供とのプール遊びは楽でした。

難点は、ロケーション。 中心街から離れているので、少し面倒でした。
ソンテオも利用しましたが、ホテルに戻る際、ぼられました。
その他は、申し分なし。 食事も美味しかったです。

部屋が広く、部屋数も少ないため、適度にプライベート感を重視することができ、滞在中のリラックス度は、最高でした。
また、隣接するホテル設備も利用することができるので、まったく不足する点がありませんでした。

フロントもレストランもスタッフはいつも明るく、子供に手を振ってくれました。
部屋も広々としており快適です。
レジデンシャルのプールはきれいですが、年配者が静かに寛ぐという趣なので、ホテルのプールを利用しました。ブランコもあって子供も大喜び。
ホテルの前の道を右に５分ほど歩くと海岸に出れます。
またビーチロードまでは徒歩１０分。ソンテウ利用だと１０バーツです。
ホテルの周辺は静かな環境ですが、街中に出るのもさほど不便ではありません。
近くには安いマッサージ店（けっこう上手）やコンビニ、屋台も多かったので良かったです。ガイヤーンとマンゴーのソムタムが美味しかったです。
Shopping Tip:
コメントにも書いた通り街中に行くにはソンテウを利用すればまったく不便はありません。
