Good value. 6.7 Arunothai is more of an evening hangout for young Thai adults than it is a hotel. But it has the three things I value most. It is clean. It is a good value. It has a great location. Arunothai lists themselves as having breakfast included in the price. But, it is just tasteless rice soup and toast and instant coffee. Very disappointing. But it is still a good value and I will still come back.

Business travelers United States of America, February 23, 2013	Great location on Phayao Lake, absolutely gorgeous The location is the best thing this hotel has. 6.7 the location is excellent, right on phayao lake. however, if you do not read thai you will have a difficult time finding this place, because the english sign is obscured by hanging plants. this is more of a hostel than it is a hotel. so it is very basic, yet it is clean. the staff speaks no english, so be prepared to do charades if you need anything. there is no elevator. we had to carry our bags up to the fourth floor, and no one helped us with luggage. again, this is a hostel, not a hotel.
