Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.

Not a friendly hotel; service bad
3.7
Not recommended, 1st the hotel is out of town and no transport available or provided except to pay for it. Secondly, Hotel staff is not friendly and thirdly no free internet as advertised. A hotel not catered for someone who want night life or shopping.

although the hotel is pretty old, the rooms are clean and big. breakfast is supper yummy. the hotel is pretty quiet. i believe its because of how old the hotel is. but its very close drive to the town market.

Great big hotel, excellent for business
Big, big car park, restaurants, coffee bars etc
6.7
The hotel was a little far out of town, quite big, and ugly old design, but inside was okay, rooms quite big, lots of feautures in the hotel like coffee shop etc, perhaps not eaasy for the independent traveller without transportation; would be great for business travellers. Huge car park also helped!

Very run down
nothing at all outstanding.
5.7
We stayed here on two separate occasions of one night on route from Bangkok to Chiang Rai and back.
Rooms are large, but the hotel dates from the 70s and is now very shabby and in desperate need of a renovation.
I would rate it 3 star at best. The buffet breakfast was passable but only one choice of cereal, I asked for a poached egg, both in Thai and English, but they did not know how to cook it. The Thai food was fine. Ordered room service once it took a long time to arrive, it was cold, when we finished we phoned down asking them to collect the dirty plates, they said just leave it outside the door, it was still there in the morning when we checked out.
Not Bad value for money, would give it 5 out of 10.

Nice hotel in a big park and close to the city
the swimingpool and clean big rooms, very good breakfast.
8.7
We liked to stay by the big swimingpool. Sauna, gym and massage availeble at the hotel. A nice quite park and you easily go to the city by taxi, tuktuk or semlor. Choose the service at the hotel for massage even if more expensive than the one just outside the main gate.

Amazing hotel hidden away
9.7
this was a very clean hotel with many wonderful facilities that put it a notch above the rest.
after working out in the gym and taking a sauna, it was bliss to have a relaxing swim while watching the sun set.
