Awful from the start

The Hotel is shown as 4* but with a cheap price. A good view of all the Hotel rubbish greeted us from the window. The room and bathroom were old, definately not 4*. Breakfast was OK but although plenty of selection the food was cold. We did not complain because I feel that the hotel is now too old and needs serious work to bring it back to 4* standard. And we got what we paid for !!

comfortable, only one incident happened, where my son slipped on the wet floor during breakfast
Other than that, it was as usual a very pleasant stay.
This time, the room we stayed facing the back of the hotel has better air conditioning. The rooms facing the entrance to the hotel seems to age faster. Air con is very loud

Very satisfied as usual, though this time more noticeably the hotel is showing its age in terms of louder air cons, air con not cold enough. Other than that, service is fine, staff are friendly.
would be nice if hotel can provide adaptors too.

We stopped in Phitsanulok on our way from Chiang Mai to Laos. We chose the hotel for it's large pool so our kids could swim and for the price. It was supposed to be just a quick stop over, but we had car trouble. After we checked out we were still waiting around in the lobby for the car to be done. Not only did the staff not mind, once they began talking to us about our situation they offered us a free buffet lunch. Although the hotel is older and looks a bit "past it's prime," I think it is great for the price and also very clean. The pool size was great and our kids loved it. The workout room seemed really nice. The breakfast buffet had lots of options, western and Thai. The lunch buffet was huge and very good, but was basically all Thai food.

a pretty good hotel and comfortable but air con was not cool as the bed room is large but that is just a small issue. breakfast was good with many choice of food to choose.
