Good view , and hotel stand quite center of city, so very convenience to go anywhere.
Staff was friendly, take care us well Bathroom was leak ,so the floor always wet.
Breakfast menu was not professional , not delicious. In my opinion, if hotel improve about breakfast menu and maintenance the utility more than this, it will be better. But finally , if have chance to go to Pitsanulok, I will be back to stay at Grand river side again. Because the location was very convinience to move to everywhere and hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.

Room service and standards. The hotel is in a good location. Even though the river view is not a good room and service standards. Breakfast is available to properly condemn not use Wifi Internet. Which for me very important to running.
