In a beautiful part of Thailand, this modern business and tourist hotel is in the city center and near Wat Phra Sri Rattana Mahathat. The rooms are beautifully decorated and the La Paloma Hotel has a business center and eight meeting rooms. The restaurant has Chinese, Thai and western food choices. Also nearby is the night bazaar and old city walls built during the reign of King Borommatrailokkanat of Ayutthaya to prevent the attack of Lanna troops. With four national parks, many endangered species of animals, and the Shrine to King Naresuan the Great, it is well worth the trip. People have been living in this region since the Stone Age and today are the “bread basket” of Thailand.

OK for short stay

a good base to visit Sukhothai - night bazzaar 15min walk away, free shuttle bus to train station.

towels need replacing they are past it! breakfast was poor a tired city hotel

We stayed here at La Paloma for 2nights - this is a good base to visit Sukhothai, (we travelled by local bus & tuk tuk, much cheaper than a taxi). The hotel is a tired city hotel, bed was ok but the towels where grey! The breakfast was of a poor standard, we did not eat in the restuarant so cannot comment on that. The hotel does have a pool with two sunbeds! The staff at the front desk where helpful even offering a free shuttle service to the train station. It is an ok place to stay but dont expect too much.

Travel tip : great cheap food to the left of the hotel on the main road - think it is a canteen! Travel by local bus & tuk tuk to Sukhothai

Nightlife Tip : Great bars near the night market were my husband and son sat while my daughter and I got our nails done very very cheap

Can change the room and provides fast

Breakfast เลย distasteful and not available to order but not the command.

A 2-star hotel for a 2-star services that eating breakfast in the morning must have been disappointed when ordered, not ordered by cataract in the eye.The dining room staff in a women never smile cause climate เลย more regrettable. The staff in the next section, there is no greeting was as though jail
