Spacious rooms, quiet, reasonable breakfast buffet.
No chairs on the balcony, outdated elevator.
We used the Pailyn hotel as a jumping off point to more secluded areas east of the city as well as Sukhothai to the west and were very pleased with the location and quiet that was lacking at the Topland hotel. It was close to the train station and the river, but unfortunately lacked any restaurants nearby.
Shopping Tip : Great fruit stand to the east of the hotel

Hotel is very faded but centrally located and good value.
Most rooms desperately need renovation.
This once smart hotel still represents good value and is within walking distance of all the city centre facilities (river, station, markets etc). It is in desperate need of some renovation in the rooms and their facilities (hot water, aircon both very hit and miss). The restaurant offers a basic selection of simple items. The buffet breakfast is also basic but clean and satisfactory.

very polite staff nothing was too much for them excellent.
A bit dated could do with a make over.
over all I enjoyed my stay here language is a big problem on serious issues I lost my travel cheques minor things eating drinking taxi no problem sign language gets you by all in all the warmth of the staff here made any problems not worth a mention dont expect fantastic views from your room this is a central location in an old city that needs some repair work. go out and about some great places to see.I had a massage at the hotel and fell asleep realy good, spa sorry guys ladies only.
