The hotel is near beach, 7-elevel. Staff is nice and ready to help. However, hotel room is not well maintained. We face several issues with room and need to change room. Food is ok but not good.

We had a very good stay @7q for four days, we took 3 bed rooms all the rooms look awesome.
5 walking distance to Patong beach and 15 min walking distance to Bangla road which is famous for night life
Cons: breakfast is not good, You can have plenty of options outside the hotel.

We chose this hotel because of the raving reviews we read on this website. It was a huge disappointement. Breakfast was poor and not clean, the room was never cleaned, the beds were so hard to sleep on. Its proximity to the beach is a good plus, that's all about it. Wi-Fi is available and free. I have to add that the staff was very nice and always smiling.
Hotel Feature Tip:
If you insist on being in Patong area, i would strongly recommend booking a hotel half-way. 7Q is to the north of Patong beach, a bit far from all what's happening, nightlife, shopping, restaurants....

Being Pure vegetarians we did not order from hotel menu ! Howerver staff was sweet enough to let us use their kitchen to make our maggi noodles !
Nightlife Tip:
Bangla Road 30 mins walk from the hotel ... very close if you keep walking by the beach side

A very simple boutique hotel stays. I guess because this hotel is newly built for about 2-3 years, so there are certain areas where there is no standard. However, it is a cheap stay with decent room standards.. their breakfast may look fantastic, but it doesn't really taste that nice. Swimming pool are poorly maintain as well. Do not expect much for this hotel, cos this is really a cheap and simple hotel for a just right comfortable stay.
