Cute & charming hotel on a great street

Had a great time here while visiting old town. Walking distance to a lot of the shopping, restaurants and galleries. The room was small but the design was incredible. One of the best beds we've slept in while in Thailand. Internet was fast and reliable in the room as well. Enjoy!

One of the best guest houses I've experienced

It's a converted shophouse, must have been refurbished in the last 5 years or so and well-maintained. Everything is good. Other reviews mention the room size and the noise - I understand that (my room was smallish but fine, I could hear footsteps from the other rooms and the traffic but nothing worse than the usual in London or Singapore where I live). Really charming place, a bit quirky and not for everyone perhaps, but I will stay there again.

Beautifully restored hotel with great service
Hotel sits on main street of Old Town (Thalang). Rooms may be small but quite tasteful and actually feel quite cozy. Owners provided much of the service patiently addressing questions from numerous customers simultaneously on any and all areas.

I enjoyed the simple touch of this hotel and personal feeling the owners created for the customers. You didn't feel like you were dealing with "staff" but instead the owners who clearly wanted to help you to enjoy your stay even if you were staying one night. No request/favor was treated as "beyond their responsibility". They simply treated you like family. If you like a big room this may not be for you, but otherwise rooms are tastefully decorated and recently updated with bathrooms better than normally seen for this price.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Climb the hill in center of time - not only gives you fantastic view of Phuket but thoroughly entertaining time with wild monkeys that have no fear of interacting with tourists. Buy the available food for monkeys (10 baht) and watch the many monkeys softly take peanuts from your hands and while their babies cling to their underside.

Love everything about the hotel. A retreat from Patong. We were there on the CNY festival nights where they block the main streets in old town quater and all the local people come to enjoy street foods, music and shopping. Shopping here is also great. Lots of beautiful and good quality stuffs and the best part is you dont have to bargain like in Patong. Same price for local and foreigner. People are more gracious here.
Restaurant Tip:
There is a lovely restaurant closed by named Kopitam. Try there curry and the butterfly drink.

Restaurant Tip:
Check out Kopitam restaurant near by. Lovely foods and atmosphere.

Lovely hotel well located in Phuket Old Town

Very recommendable hotel for a stopover before going to the islands from Phuket. Family-owned and well located in Chinatown (lovely street with great restaurants), the rooms are nicely decorated (wood old-style parquet) as well as the check-in lobby and the patio where simple breakfast (coffee/toasts and bananas) is taken.

After four airplanes and traveling 30+ hours it was great to land at this hotel. Anyway, it's located right in the middle of Old Town Phuket which I found to be not only interesting, but a good place to ease into what is now becoming a really nice time in Thailand.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Use the hotel to book your next travel plans. For 600 baht I had a nice trip to Lanta (minivan pickup and two boat rides).

Friendly owner. Good complimentary breakfast. Arrange tour to Phang Nga Bay from here. The Silver Hawk cruise was value for money.

Much cheaper to stay in Phuket Town. Along the same street, go to Wilai Restaurant for good Thai food.
