Lovely hotel with direct pool access
Rooms have direct access to the swimming pool. The hotel pool was designed for family and small children.

We stayed 4 nights at this hotel. Lovely hotel with friendly atmosphere for a family with small children. Close to all shopping area and hospital but bit too far from beach area.
Shopping Tip:
Go to Central Shopping center (10 minutes away) for all your shopping needs as well as many dining options. Premium Outlet Mall is only 5 minutes away for even better deals in shopping name brand items.

excellent location for business and access to all areas

rooms were a good size and all loved the steps straight from room to pool.
Good meals and location great for business and shopping and easy drive to Patong
Massages just as cheap as anywhere not the usual inflated prices as found at most hotels

this is our send time in this hotel, we choose this hotel mainly because of the location.
room is fine with air-con, fridge with no mini-bar.

We chose this hotel since we need to go Central Festival early in the morning, this hotel is closed to shoping malls. We drove ourselves there so it was very easy for us.
Hotel is new, room is good. Wifi is free of charge. That is enough for us. We hav already booked for the next week.

Not bad for the price

i thought the hotel was very nice, our room air conditioner didn't work very well but it was ok. we had an extra bed for our daughter which made the cottage room a bit tight for two adults and one child but it was only for two days so not much hassle. when we checked out we were attacked by a swarm of bee's just outside our room and hotel offered us an upgrade and a free night which i would have accepted if we didn't need to go home. if you want to be near the beach and don't have transport you will need to go somewhere else. i only had breakfast there so don't know what the restaurant is like but avoid the "bypass seafood restaurant " down the road as they were very rude and very expensive

Very close to Central and Premium Outlet if you like to shop

Very Beautiful, very friendly and helpful staff

Was very comfortable, very well made, staff were very good and friendly, went out of the way to help. Food was very good,. the only downside was that it was located far from the beaches and had to travel daily by taxi.
