The hotel is kinda close to airport and may be around 5 mins by taxi with transfer from airport.
The hotel is old, small and definietely overpriced.
The staff are not friendly and are kinda impolite.
The swimming pool is awful and the pictures are far better than the real.
I do not recommend anyone to stay in this place.

great location with rather large bug problem.

The hotel is withing walking distance to beachfront restaurants and shops and only a 5 min drive to the airport, to which the hotel offers free transport.
My first room had a terrible bug problem with cockroach feces on the sink and around the room. There were also several other insects that I am unable to identify. When I called to have my room changed, we walked into another room with cockroaches in the bathroom. The solution was of course bug spray, but then you are sleeping with the toxins in the air.
I was there for only 10 hours as it was just to be close to the airport, so if you don't mind some critters and doors that do not close all of the way, it is great.

Perfect for what we needed but wasn't much near it when we wanted to get dinner and wake up call never came so lucky I set my alarm and asked for a taxi but wasn't organized luckily they had cara to drive us to the airport...

Good location closer to Airport and Phang-Nga
small private hotel with close proximity to Nai Yang Beach

The hotel is small with 10-12 rooms and very close location to Nai Yang beach. it's quiet beach. Somehow the beach is not very well kept so there are lots of debris on the sand. Somehow the hotel still uses well water so the water is rather brown.
The hotel is also close to the airport so it is quite convenient.

Airport "resort" is basically a airport motel. It is close to the airport and provides a free transport (worked out fine for us, even with an early flight). For a reasonable price you get what you are paying for. Our major concern was a/c which was not powerful enough to cool the room. The small pool was also too hot to cool us down.
Restaurant Tip:
Couple of beachfront restaurants with reasonable prices on the beach nearby.

better as a stop over before your flight

this was a very average stay, the reception on arrival was pretty poor, our free taxi pick up wasn't at the airport but because another hotel that is owned by the same company was they sorted us out. the reception staff were luke warm and then our room had cockroaches. how ever the ride back to airport was no trouble and the pool was nice.

Great hotel if u arrive into Phuket either late or leave early.
Free shuttle was convenient as we didnt have to haggle with taxi drivers at midnight.
