While some places in Thailand are becoming overdeveloped and touristy, the area where this small boutique resort is located remains relatively undisturbed. Situated just north of Phuket in Phang Nga province, the Aleenta Resort offers guests a true escape as each of its 40 suites & villas was designed to promote the concept of bringing the outdoors in. This is achieved with exterior glass walls that provide stunning views and complete privacy at the same time, many with private pools. And because of its proximity to Phuket Island, the Aleenta is still able to offer all of the activities that guests enjoy including island-hopping, snorkeling, golfing and deep sea fishing. The difference is that when guests are finished, they are able to unwind in more peaceful surroundings.

Manas M. Couples Ireland, April 26, 2013	Relaxing, beautiful, exciting Beach view, infinity pool, relaxing 9.3 Aleenta is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. It was amazing! We had a beach front suite with an infinity pool. While booking a beachfront suite be sure to as for the front one as some suites are situated behind the others. The food was good and the beach was nice-ideal for couples wanting to relax. I would defiantly stay here again.

Located on level three of the resort above the lobby, this is the destination for true foodies. The endless elevated views from the restaurant’s terrace in this case are secondary as the food takes centre stage courtesy of the creative cuisine crafted by our Executive Chef, Chef Jean Louis. Level 3 implores diners to celebrate yesterday’s classic dishes as well as modern, contemporary favorites, while adding to them new thoughts, nuances and undoubted flair. This is an intimate experience and a must try!

The Edge opens in the morning at 10am and stays open until late in the evening, transforming from healthy lunch venue into a relaxing lounge experience with up to the minute dance, acid jazz and chill out music.
