Workers greets you anytime they see you. you can ask anything and they will do their best to assist you.
about 15minutes walk to patong beach, a little far.
they do have hotel transport to send you to the beach or nearby shopping mall.
enjoy my stay so much.

Lovely hotel and service with a smile

Nice hotel. Opened 5 months ago. Staff are friendly and smiling. Breakfast at the hotel scarce. 'Cause at the little visitors. The rooftop has a swimming pool with Jacuzzi, but it's small. The rooms are small and not very comfortable. The hotel offers free shuttle to the beach because walking to walk 15 minutes. Around the hotel is a building.
Nightlife Tip:
There is a street near Bangla Road. There you will find entertainment for all tastes.

Very Clean modern chic Hotel - Bathroom is cool ---rooftop pool is great as well. The shop next door is convenient if you want some snacks in the middle of the night... The Staff are so friendly, even offered to go out dancing with me since I am a single traveler. Thanks girls!

Great Hotel with friendly and pretty staff
very friendly staff, modern facilities, nice clean rooms and one staff member is quite pretty

we were served with cold fruit punch and towels upon our arrival. very top notch hospitality. the shuttle driver was very friendly and polite. the staff at the lobby desk were ever ready to greet us with a warm smile. rooms were acceptably clean and spacious, with a well equipped mini bar. prices are very reasonable too. so far its the only hotel where i dare to consume drinks from the fridge as they are so cheap. location is a little far though. about 10-15mins walk to jungceylon shopping mall and 20mins to bangla road. however there is a shuttle service in the day. you only have to worry about the walking distance at night. but don't worry, you can always rent a motorbike. for me, i am comfortable with the walking distance as it is not in the middle of the crowded nightlife areas. therefore you can be assured of a good night's rest. beds are comfortable and clean. wifi was very fast as the wireless router was just outside my room. the best thing was the pool at the top. really gives you a vacation feeling. i would go to alfresco again if i visit phuket once more. good job alfresco
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Rent a motorbike. It would make things so much easier. If you were to take a tuk tuk, do not agree to any amount above 200baht to bangla road. (even 200baht is considered alot already). all the places are interconnected and they are not quite far from each other. I.e jungceylon and bangla road

my stay at alfresco was good. the location of the hotel was a bit far from everything but the service was impeccable. free shuttle to jungceylon was a great add-on.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Take the free shuttle to Junceylon. From there, you're pretty much at the heart of Patong.

other than the location, i can hardly fault this hotel. and the free shuttle to jungceylon makes up the hotel's poor location. beach is at least a 20mins walk away if you know the way.
