Excellent location very close to the beach, nice rooms, excellent breakfast, fast check-in and check-out, friendly staff, nice pool area, activities for children, Wifi Internet access.
Spa staff was unattentive, got probably the worst haircut in my life.
I was staying only one day at this hotel as it was fully booked over the weekend - no wonder. It has excellent value for money and is perfect for a family getaway.
The hotel area is nicely designed, green and clean, with lots of amenities.
Nai Harn is probably the nicest of all beaches in Phuket, not so crowded and shallow areas for children to play safely.
Restaurant Tip : I can recommend Banana Corner at Hai Harn, a bit far from the hotel but very cosy garden restaurant with excellent Thai and international food.

Location. Good breakfast. 2 pools. efficient service.
Lack of signs to locate main building or, in reverse, room numbers
We stayed at the All Seasons Nai Harn Hotel Phuket in late April 2009 for four nights. This hotel was previously known as the Sabana Resort and two years ago a friend stayed here and described it as adequate. Since then it has clearly been upgraded although in fact it is only a few years since it was built. It is located within a few yards of the beach in nai Harn which is on the southern tip of Phuket Island. Nai Harn is a low key resort boasting only two hotels a few shops several beach restaurants which offer good local food as well as having a good go at western dishes, all at reasonable prices and most with a view of the sea.. Particularly nice at sunset. Arriving at the All Seasons we were greeted pleasantly, given a welcome drink and the paperwork was efficiently dealt with. We were then whisked back up the road a couple of hundred yards by electric buggy and delivered to our room complete with our luggage. The room looked brand new although probably it had just had a complete refurbishment. There was good storage space, TV with a reasonable selection of worldwide channels and tea and coffee making facilities. I think that as in many hotels a few more tea bags and milk would be a good idea especially for we Brits. It would cost pennies and save us bringing our own. The bathroom was pristine with a very nice reasonably sized walk in shower with a good mixer tap system. We were not as far from the hotel facilities as it seemed from our buggy ride but it was confusing, there being no signs and in places the lighting was not too good, largely because lights had become covered by plants. Reception, the bar and the restaurant are all in the same single story building fronting the beach. It is all nicely designed and decorated with a sympathetic and interesting lighting system and a nicely low level music system. The bar was very quiet but comfortable and open to the sea breezes. We put the quietness down to the fact that it was low season but one evening we found o
Restaurant Tip : Ni Harn Seafood Restaurant. No sea view but good food and charming service.

Great Room, shower/bathroom excellant.
Good wirelesss internet depending on where you are in the hotel.
Excellant pool area. Hotel in great location. beach superb.
The gym was a let down and really cannot be called a gym!avoid a room near to the hotle building as very noisey
This was a great hotel for us. There really is little to complain about and for the price we got it was fantastic. The rooms were great and plenty big enough.
If you are a gym person and want to have a good workout then there is a gym in Nai Harn which we joined for the month. Really well equipped and reasonable at around £5 a day.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Rent a moped for approx 200-250 Bahts a day. even If you dont go far its worth it.
You must go to a pub called the Islander on the orad to Rawai, they do the most amazing fab English and Thai food and the owners Paul and Leslie will take very good care of you. Has pool table and all sports are shown. Great place to meet the other english guys!!! Its a must when you go to Nai Harn.

Very nice pool, hotel is across the street from the beach, staff is friendly and helpful, good buffet breakfast, surroundings and landscaping are beautiful
This was our last stop on a 6 week trek through southern China and Thailand so we splurged and were not disappointed. It is a well designed, all ground level, hotel of neat little rooms among lush landscaping and palm trees. By in large, the weather was great, the beach clean and beautiful, and even in peak season it wasn't wall to wall people. We rented a scooter next door for the equivalent of $6 day to explore the area. Lots of great places to eat so we only had breakfasts at the hotel. We enjoyed being there so much that we extended our vacation another 4 nights. Shopping was a little expensive despite bargaining but I think that had more to do with the higher end clientele the vendors were used to. Most items made in Asia we probably could have bought for less in the states but, as backpackers, we were there for the location not for the shopping.
Restaurant Tip : Rawai Beach, 3 km away (10 minutes on the scooter or a $6 one way cab ride) has a pizzaria (M&M's) with GREAT Italian food. Of note, the ravioli and tiramisu. Pizza, calzone and lasagna also very good and we're travelers who usually just try local foods. There's German, French, Indian and even a Mexican restaurant nearby. Good fresh fish places next to the hotel.

The workers are very friendly.
The workers do not speak English.
The place where the rooms smells bad.
No view in front of the room.
Fitness infrastructure very old and out of order.
Breakfast always the same and not a lot of options.
For the third time we stayed in this hotel. before it was Sabana. It was cheaper and had the same service. The breakfast was much ampler. Prize and quality was better before - at the moment the prize and quality is not OK: too expensive.

Only un meterd taxis which are a rip off are at the hotel
A nice and quiet location with a good beach right opposite the hotel. Also very close to the Promphet Cape which people visit for stunning sunsets each night. Can get similiar sunset from the beach at the hotel. Clean beach. Staff friendly only downside is that unless you rent a motorbike, transport is expensive as there are onlu unmetered taxis there that operate for a set fee and at at least double the price of a metered taxi in Thailand.

maybe a littie more lighting on the pathways leading back to the rooms at night time.
the all seasons has friendly helpful staff. the rooms are very well apointed with a really good shower, also spottlessly clean. the buffet breakfast was ample.
it has two nice pools.almost on one of the best beaches in phuket.
local restaurants, minimart, with motorbike hire right outside.
nice and peaceful, if you want something a bit more lively head to raiwai, ten minutes in a tuk tuk.
i would stay again.
Travel tip : cape panwa for the sunset, also the new big buddha is worth the hike up there to see it.

quiet location (no extreme nightlife) and good garden and pool accommodations.
Far away from everything / at the end of the peninsula.
This hotel has a quiet and good location, for family holiday, but is located at the end of the peninsula and therefore far away from everything.
The room accommodation is quite good and it has an honest prize/quality level.

Good service, nice helpful people, good facilities, and with well decorated rooms.
a bit far from the city, and no free internet access.
We've been there for 2 nights and it was really nice, late check-in (1:00 am), late food ordering served in the room (3:00 am). Very various buffet breakfast included.
Hotel in front of the beautiful beach, very quiet and relaxing, perfect for families and couples or groups.
Everything was perfect except no free WiFi access in the rooms.
It's worth, I'll definitely recommend !!!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Great sea view.

Lovely location very close to a quiet and reasonably clean beach with some small stores and eating places in walking distance. Shallow and reasonably safe sea with lifeguard prescence. Excellent rooms; very comfortable bed and reasonable TV range; good shower and amenities reasonable. Nice pool area. Small spa.
Loud live music which, though excellent, was too overpowering at times. Multi changing lighting in the evening too was a little distracting. Can be a long uncovered walk to the rooms in rain. Some rooms also up many stairs so avoid if you have difficulties. Sometimes, walking from room to main hotel building, awareness of drain smells. Breakfast was reasonable but did not vary from day to day on the buffet.
A very pleasant hotel right near a quiet beach tucked away but with access to nearby activities/shops/restaurants with a car or bike. Good lobby and general areas and garden rooms have nice outlook. The bedrooms are good with good facilities. The staff are very friendly and pleasant and the lunch and dinner menus are good with a wide range of local and western dishes, reasonably priced but there are also other restaurants within a car ride where the food was better. They also have a fresh fish and seafood cabinet. If you want somewhere a little more peaceful, set in a small bay, this would be a good choice.
Nightlife Tip : If you want really buzzing nightlife, Patong is about 45 minutes away. They do have live music every night

the envoinment, the swiming pool, the location, next to sea
no hand tower at the 1st day, and charge too much for our international call, charge us the internet fee even though it was included in hotel service already
I was amazed once I arrive this hotel, it has no any difference between the picture I saw on website and the reality.
I was a bit regret that I didn't book more days there, when we checked out at the last day, and we hope to stay more half an day, but there was no more room already.
Like the atmosphere and enviornment, and it's no doubt the best place to spend holiday there,if you are a people who enjoy your like, love your like, and I think All seasons is the best choice. You will not regret you choice this place ,and I promise.
Next time, when I go to Phuket,I must choose All Seasons again.

For the area, this hotel is a great value place. Right on Nai Harn beach, which is one of the most nicest and most laid-back in Phuket. While it's not right on the beach, it's only a 2 minute walk and there and hundreds of beach chairs set up there for only 100baht/day. Lots of good little Thai restaurants right outside the hotel.
