totally brilliant
the most friendly staff and very well priced

just 15 minute walk or a cheap tuk tuk ride but well away from the pace and noise of Patong. the staff will do anything for you.I found the quality and prices of the food and drinks very reasonable for a resort of this quality.Overall a great stay and i will be very happy to go back.
Restaurant Tip:
go for the high end. better quality and still very cheap

It's such a shame this resort has terrible staff. They are rude, don't want to be there and are very very unhelpful. Food is ok, not great. Rooms are good, pool area is small but good. Gym is good

we found the amari coral beach to be the perfect location , not too far but close enough to walk to main parts of patong beach. transport to areas was always available and not expensive. the deluxe suite we had was always clean and the outlook over patong bay was very relaxing. it is a must to have adrink in the lobby bar and enjoy the view.the only drawback is the resort is spread out and there are a lot of stairs to negotiate
Restaurant Tip:
Check the availability of other meals before selecting the set menu for the night.

Very classy resort, with very good rooms and each room with a fantactic view of the sea. The jetty was something which probably none of the hotels and easily accesible private beach.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Take the sightseeing package from the hotel itself....its quite compititive

Great hotel away from the hustle

Although all rooms have sea views we were exceptionally lucky with our superior room (no.4209) as had absolute sea frontage. The rooms were well maintained and all the staff friendly and helpful. It is an easy walk down the hill to Patong however perhaps some may have to be prepared to pay for a tuktuk or taxi on the uphill return trip. The uphill walk is manageable though and we considered it good exercise. The views and location are a great plus.

Lovely hotel on a small hilltop, great breakfast spread and nice clean rooms overlooking the sea. The best part of downtown phuket and I am glad I didn't book the other hotels that were right on the main street.
Food choices were good .
Just take a scooty and roam around town.
