Staff were friendly, recommend going to the hotel top rooftop pool since the other pool doesn't receive much sun. Wasnt a good view where i was at, recommend selecting a pool view room.

I chose this hotel because parking was available without prior booking. It was reasonable enough per night, rooms were large and adequately air conditioned and the beach was on the next parallel road on the one way system 10 minutes walk. The staff were extremely helpful and courteous.
If I was to express a tiny gripe, it would be that the communal hallways, reception and restaurant areas were not air conditioned but on the whole a great holiday was had.
Shopping Tip:
Very well located. The air conditioned Jungceylon shopping mall is only 5 minutes walk as are other nearby restaurants. It's worth a trip to the nearby Millennium Hotel either for a full blown gourmet breakfast or dinner.

Staff made everything as easy as possible, handed over booking details and passport sat down, drink provided 2 ins later passport and key returned went up to room, luggage followed 2 mins later, rooms good size comfortable bed,satellite TV with all languages, room overlooked the pool, car parking is limited but adequate all in all a lovely hotel for a stay in Patong beach

location is excellent. right on the main strip, a short walk to the big mall, bangla road, and the beach. even patong boxing stadium was only a short 20 min walk away! rooms were decent, but the beds could have been more comfortable. the staff was great and very helpful. there are two pools as well, the one on the roof top has a great view of patong beach.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
go see the group of sisters in the travel tourism stand right in front of the tattoo shop right outside the hotel- they were very helpful and gave us great discounts!

High Standard for low money

It was our first location in Southern Thailand after visiting northern part and Cambodia. We were astonished when arrived at the hotel ( given welcome drink). In comparison to other places we stayed before it was like a palace Spacious rooms , cleaned every day. Friendly staff that take care of you all the time with all your questions and issues.
Hotel has 2 swimming pools ( one located on the 8th floor with great view on the bay ! )
Location is also great - just few ( maybe 5 ) minutes from the beach and the same distance from night life street - Bangla
I would definitely come back there one more time if arrive to Phuket.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
James Bond Island is a must !

Despite good reviews about friendly staff, I didn't experiment this friendliness. The location is good, near the Shopping complex and the main entertainment area. This hotel is really normal. Don't expect anything but a fair price for your stay.
