The hotel location is very good and have a nice view. It very near to the beach and shopping centre. We only take about 10 mins walk to Junceylon and enjoy our meal there. The hotel service also very good. All the staff are very helpful. The hotel's food need to improve.

Second time staying at this resort. Excellent location, excellent service, lovely pools. Addition of in room safes and in room wifi makes it alot more convenient. Would recoomend to all my friends and re-book for our next holiday in a heart beat.
Nightlife Tip:
Everyone should go down to OTOP markets and drink at the umbrella bars. There is one extremely awesome one called the New Zealand bar in the Soi directly opposite Hard Rock Cafe. All nationalities are welcome there alway a extremely good night.

simple room with a huge bed
good location and a simple room with everything u need: huge bed, fridge, balcony, hot and cold shower, ...

the hotel had a good location was about 8 min walk to the main strip and bout 15 min to the beach. hotel was quiet and the room had everything we wanted, like a fridge, hot and cold shower, balcony and a huge bed. the internet in the room was very good and the service staff was always friendly

first time to Patong, loved the hotel best customer service I have ever received. Rooms are cosy for short or extended stay. would definately stay here again best location.
Restaurant Tip:
Go to Pum's Cooking School. Clean and awesome food.

location is really nice. close to jungceylon shopping mall, bangla street and also lots of restaurant around. the hotel is very clean. the hotel has a nice swimming pool on the roof top. the staff was pretty accomodating. breakfast is ok. you have a choice of asian and western buffett so that is good the location is pretty central so it is quite good if you would like to travel to and from. the room was clean and pretty big in size. they have airconditioner as well so it is good after a hot day spent outdoor.
Nightlife Tip:
go to bangla road at night. the road was closed for cars so you can only walk there. the later you go, the busier it gets. watch for those adult shows you want to watch, they tend to claim its free entrance, however they bumped the price of a can of beer from 40 baht (sold outside) to 900 baht per person. you have to buy a drink if you want to watch the shows. and yes you can bargain on the price.

I love the pool on top of the new building, it has a nice view overlooking Patong. It is close to Jancelong shopping center and other nice places. However, the staff cannot speak good english nor chinese Mandarine. Make sure to bring your own adaptors, sometimes they dont have a spare one.
Overall, service is below average but location is ok.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The best thing is that everyone seems to know this hotel. If you go to travel to another place and organise a bus to pick you up from there, it never misses.
The first travel agency T&Y made my visit to thailand really memorable.

Good roof top swimming pool
Not very far from Bangla Road and Jungceylong

Opposite of Christine Massage, 5-7 minutes walk to the Jungceylong Mall and Bangla Road. Has 2 good swimming pools, the rooms are big enough, but the TV-set in my standard room was not LCD, but of an old "brown" type, which can rarely be seen now even in hostels...
Hotel Feature Tip:
Has 2 swimming pools, but many people just don`t know about the Roof Top one which has a great view and quiet.

Decent Hotel

We are traveling in an group and we didn't stay much in the hotel. The hotel rooms are clean and spacious. Bathrooms are decent but I don't understand why there is no hand shower if they are providing the bath tub.
If you are looking for a hotel, this is one of the good choices.
But if you are looking for a resort, go for other options.
I didn't find or feel any facilities like resort.
One more worst part is they are asking us to checkout at 9:00 AM even though the check out time is 12:00

The place is clean and quite. Its also near to everywhere (Rest, Shopping and Bar). The staff is friendly and the wifi signal is good.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Should go to Coral and Phi phi Island. Not so safe on the water rafting and sad that the sunset cruise was cancel. Overall, its a very happening place and for sure will come back again.
