Well Maintained room, clean calm and near the beach. Swimming pool was also well maintained.

The lawn is not cut, grass os overgrown.

I enjoyed my stay at Amoora, as it was really very clean and well maintained rooms. The rooms were also very spaciuos and the resort is located near the beach, and it is affordable, except for the lawn that has to be cut and maintained, and have some flowering plants.

Private beach. Beautiful rooms.

A bit far from outside.

Really beautiful hotel! Like the two swimming pools very much. Only one minute to the beach. We stayed there for only two days but the weather was good and one night we went to beach to see the waves, big waves! Sleeping with the wave sounds waking up with the bird singing outside the balcony is such a wonderful experience. Rooms are clean and big. Guests are quite and happy. Only inconvenience thing is a bit far from outside, we have to take private taxi to go out for dinner, but it worth every penny. We own the private beach here. The hotel is just like a beautiful garden!

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Remember to go to the beach during the late night, you will find people drinking there happliy, and most of all, the waves and winds will let you fly.

Value for Money Bang Tao Bay Small shop within hotel next to reception with supermarket prices. On Beach Lots of space and shade around hotel.

Rooms and furniture getting a bit warn looking. Warm water takes 10 mins to get to shower. Tiny non private balconies.

Stayed here about 4 times now. Mainly because of value for money. Its only 15-20min from airport, right on beach with a wonderful shaded area to sit and relax with plenty of deck chairs. Theres lots of eating places on beach especially in the season. The hotel itself provides good value eating with a varied buffet breakfast. Bang Tao Bay beach is large and clean. This is not a place to shop. It is still about 30mins from Patong. I was not happy with the mould smell coming from the airconditioner and would have asked to move if I had been staying more than the two days. I think basically the rooms and definitely airconds need maintenance with airing. Ask for a room off the ground level as I am sure they will always be drier.

Restaurant Tip : Looking at beach from hotel there is a beach resturant to the right. If you ask for a fish. Ask!! how long. They went to the fishermans village to get ours. Was good but took a while.

rooms are big and clean,Tourist info is very good, has private beach with small restorants and massages close by, pool is nice.

without elevators, Texis to Patong and city are quit expesive, some of the facilities on the beach not working on low season.internet service is very expesive and only 1 station.iasked for extara umbrela and couldnt get one.

we orderd regular rooms and we got upgraded rooms include brekfast. The area is isolated from the action places on island, you have to take taxi or tuk-tuk wich cost about 500bat.we had warm welcome, and the staff was nice all the time.overall it was good' but next time i will pick anther one.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : dont miss the trip to James bond islands and the cnue inside the caves and hongs. Its auniq trip at side of the globe.

It's near the beach.

In the middle of nowhere and costs a lot to get into the towns. Hawkers on the beach are a pain in he butt. When we checked out we were charged 600bht for stealing an ashtray which was never in our room. They then tried to charge us for something else they said was missing. They are fraudulent and dishonest. They place was full of russians - we only stayed one night - it was terrible. Avoid it like the plague.

quiet and privacy beach. good location not expensive. good service and staff very friendly.

Internet is expensive. The location is a little bit hard to find.

Great location, plenty of great restaurants nearby with next to the beach. Only down side is they do not have free internet access. The price of internet is a little expensive but acceptable for urgent usage. The service is very good and the food in the morning is also good. Room is a quite old and furniture is old but functional fine. The pool is great. overall is very good.

Although we didnt have time to play golf or to swim in the pool, the amenities seemed quite adequate. My children would have been quite pleased to stay here for a longer period.

Hotels are affordable. Employee courtesy.

Far older hotel food prices should be adjusted to wash off.

Hotels are affordable. Employee courtesy. For those who want to live near the Lagoon. A large swimming pool. In the room is quite old. But everything can work well. An old hotel should be far down food prices a little laundry.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Near the lagoon. The hotel is located in many major. Suitable for cycling to play with the sweet.

Great hotel at the seaside. Swimming pool area excellent, even for smaller families. A quiet spot. Breakfast good.

Perhaps already a little old hotel. We received homehtunutta kakkaua dessert and burnt pizza .....

great hotel large pool access to the beach tres bon petit dejeuner

Internet access fee and rates high cold Staff

The hotel is on the sea off the city center. To take advantage of the area you need a car or scooter. The hotel is large and green, the rooms are spacious. hairdryer in the room that matched the description. Many hotels in the description which mentioned the presence of a hair dryer and in which there was no such thing. The pool is large enough and belle.La clients of the hotel was very "Eastern Europe", many Russians ... etc. The beach access is direct, many deck are installed and are free. On the seafront you will find other restaurants much less expensive than the restaurant of the hotel. Only negative points: in the bathroom, the water was not hot but very tiede restricts cold and safe was locked when we arrived. Despite several calls to the reception for the release, our request was not taken into account. The staff was generally a bit cold, but our stay was pleasant.

Travel tip : There is nothing to walk near the hotel. We need to rent a scooter.
