Nothing special with this hotel to write about. It's basically city hotel, a 10-15 minutes walk from Jungceylon. But if you are first trip to Phuket and will go outing for some tours every day and only come back to the hotel for a sleep, this hotel can be considered, although there are a lots of hotel with the same range and cheaper price.
The TV channel cannot be seen from my room in 2nd floor. All the channels are blur and black & white, so I felt like going back to the years of 70's and that made my 2 nights stayed a bit boring. Wifi speed is good, maybe because I stayed in 2nd floor near the lobby but one thing is bad near the lobby.. on my first night there was a party went on until 11pm, then the next morning there was a group tour not sure just arrived or departed, so I had to bare with the noise day and night during my stayed.

The stay is overall satisfying. The room is spacious and so is the bathroom. Lots of big windows to look at surrounding, even though there is no scenery view. Hotel is close to Jungceylon Shopping Mall and Banzaan Fresh Market. Family Mart (7-eleven equivalent) is nearby.

This hotel has good access to central Patong. We stayed in a pool access room which i would recommend. The breakfast catered to Asian taste so was not good for me as a westener. Overall worth a stay.

Upon arrival no attention was paid on their behalf regarding our booking. When booking I asked for an extra bed, airport pick up and early check-in. When I arrived at the airport there was no “Hotel Airport Pick-Up”, NO Early Check-in and they casually asked me if I wanted two beds. After the long wait we entered our room to find uncomfortable beds, and a view looking into the accommodation in front. As for the pool access, it was no more than a meter and a half wide – So there really is no need to spend a bit extra for something so over rated.
Apart from those setbacks – the Hotel was located pretty close to all the action. You can walk to the main shopping centre without breaking a sweat. Tuk Tuks are everywhere, and generally everyone is pretty friendly. Wi-fi works great! The third floor Pool Bar would defiantly be a highlight. Plenty of chairs to lay on, decent pool for Adults and Children, GREAT COCKTAILS, Friendly Bar Staff, and International Food Menu.
In my opinion it wasn’t a bad hotel, however “you get what you pay for"!
